elcome to the 2021 edition of the Queens Of The Heartland Female Sale. Once again we feel very privileged to share this group of heifers with our customers, as well as the progressive breeders who are bringing some of their very best cattle for you to view on sale day. These cattle have been selected right from the heart of our program, most with early calving dates and several carrying the service of our outstanding young herdsire, Wheatland Monument 28H, whom we purchased last spring at the Wheatland Sale. We are highly anticipating the arrival of his first calf crop, in the upcoming calving season. The rest of our offering are carrying appealing services to JPCC Rito 174H our high-selling ½ blood bull in our 2021 sale, who was purchased by M &J Farms, or Scissors Hemisphere 2H, an exciting calving ease bull we purchased from the good folks at Scissors Creek Cattle Co. Many of these heifers are off good young producing females, and are sired by some of the most popular bulls in our bull battery, Wheatland Royal Flush, Walking Boss, and JPCC Super Smooth just to name a few. We feel we have cattle here for every budget, so please join us in McAuley on December 5th, for some hospitality and have a look at our offering.
From the Crew at JP Cattle Co.
Videos available online! JP Cattle Co. heifers will have received their first shot of Scour Guard by sale day. Some polled tests are pending. CONSIGNORS

elcome to “Queens of the Heartland” Production Sale hosted by JP Cattle Co., December 5, 2021, at their ranch headquarters, McAuley, Manitoba. The folks at JP Cattle Co., along with guests, Scissors Creek, Sun Rise, Johns and Sunville, have come together again, offering you a powerful cross-section of their purebred breeding programs in addition to several pens of commercial bred females sired by their bulls. What a powerful offering of bred heifers… deep, broody, and full of calf. Many of these services are the first of the new and exciting bulls that these progressive breeders selected this past spring. Selected from proven cow families, many of these females have donor possibilities and are packed full of prolific genetics that one can build a program around. The 2021 models are fancy and ideal for juniors of any age and do not overlook the highly potent embryo packages offered. The commercial heifer packages are value-added… bred by ranchers for ranchers. Whether you are looking for red, black or Fullblood, Simmental breeding stock, the 2021 edition is diverse in type, high in quality and suitable for all programs and all budgets… and well worth the trip. Our national beef cow inventory is the lowest it has been for many years and the hot dry summer did not help, as a result, the beef cattle industry needs the void refilled. It will cost more in years to follow rebuilding cow herds. Now is the time to add fresh new blood into your program with high quality replacements and include your tax saving in your plans… I know how much we want to send it to Ottawa. Plan to enhance your program with “Queens of the Heartland” whether it be with us in person, online or on the phone. During these times, feel free to give any of the T Bar C Team a call and we will be pleased to assist you in a professional and confidential manner with your selections.

57H is a powerful, deep sided, free moving, hairy female out of a red Crosby daughter we purchased from the Bonchuk Farms. AI’ed safe to Monument, our $80,000 calving ease Simmental bull, the resulting calf should be a special one.
Monument 28H was a bull that was highly sought after in the sale and many predominant breeders in both Canada and the USA acquired semen packs. Here is a bull with calving ease numbers and thickness you can’t deny. These are some of the first heifers to sell that carry his service.

Welcome to the second edition of the Queens of the Heartland Production Sale. We, along with Greg and Allyson, are excited to be a part of this sale, with a great group of consignors. This year we have four purebred bred heifers and then we have 6 groups of commercials heifers. We are proud of the heifers that we have on offer that are from deep within our program. The heifers are bred to well known AI sires or bulls from our program and will produce calves that will be a great addition to your herd and your bottom line. All the heifers are on a full vaccination program and will have had their second Scour Bos shot by sale day. We encourage you to stop by the farm anytime and see the heifers for yourself, the coffee is always on. We look forward to seeing you on sale day! Dana, Megan & Terron Greg & Allyson

We are excited to be apart of this sale for the second year now as we enjoy being a part of this great group of fellow breeders. We have been breeding Simmental cattle for almost 20 years now and have worked hard to build our herd of highquality females. Having reached our ideal herd size a few years ago we have been culling hard and only keeping the very best and you can really see the results in our cowherd today. We are offering three bred heifers from the top of our purebred pen, as well as two commercial bred heifers that would work well in any herd. These heifers have not been babied in anyway and were just pulled off of pasture three weeks before pictures. In these times of expensive feed we strongly feel that moderate framed, easy doing females are the only kind to have and these heifers exemplify that! We always welcome visitors if you are in the area and have time to stop in before the sale! If not, we look forward to visiting with you on sale day. We would also like to thank all of our past buyers and bidders and JP Cattle Co. for hosting this sale.

Here is a super tanky and super dark red female that has momma cow written all over her. Her sire was one of the best red herdsires we have ever used and at the age of seven this year was still breeding cows at Diamond M Ranch – Jordan said it almost broke his heart when he finally had to ship him this fall. He was a very good footed bull and has passed that trait onto both the females and bulls he has sired. Her dam and grand dam both have that extra depth of body and are super easy doing and she looks to be following in their footsteps. AI’d to WHL Red Heat 1734E on April 5, 2021. Exposed to Triple H Intuition (Black Angus) from April 14 - June 10. 2021

CONSIGNED BY SCISSORS CREEK CATTLE COMPANY Berkley is moderate framed and attractive through her front end. She is deep bodied and moves out well. Her sire was purchased from Wheatland Cattle Co. three years ago after falling in love with his dam and he has been leaving his mark in both the bull and replacement heifer pen ever since. Her dam is a consistent producer that goes back to one of the foundation cows that we started our herd with and her calf this year is a full sister that looks good in the heifer pen again. Everyone loves a little chrome and Annie has just that! She is a powerful, easy doing, free moving type of heifer that would work in any program. Her sire has many females in our cowherd today and they are all good uddered and have been producing the right kind of calves. We used her service sire on a few heifers last year and they all calved easy and made the keeper pen so we used him even more this breeding season with almost all of our black heifers being AI’d to him. We are confident this heifer has the potential to become a big time producer. AI’d to WHL Gold Key 1619D on April 5, 2021. Exposed to Triple H Intuition (Black Angus) from April 14 to June 10, 2021
