Thank you in advance for coming to the sale or viewing online. This summer the NW Saskatchewan Hereford Club hosted a tour of the breeders in our area. Thank you to the Lock’s for hosting a stop on the tour where we were all able to display our cattle and to the sponsors for helping make the day a huge success. We appreciate everyone who was able to come view our cattle. It was a great day for fellowship and cattle, what’s better than that! This past fall, Mother Nature tested us once again and it was a long and tough push to get the last crops taken off. However, the fall has found cattle prices rising and that is very encouraging. It’s a great time to get involved in the industry and to move it forward with the growing demands. We are very proud of the bulls and heifers we have previously offered in this sale and this year is no exception. We continually try to improve our herds and offer you the best of the best. All bulls have been tie broke, vet inspected and semen tested. We are also proud to offer a $500 buyer credit draw again this year. It will include heifer and bull buyers and will be drawn at the conclusion of the sale. Join us the night before the sale to view the cattle and on February 3rd, 2020 for lunch at 11:30am MST followed by the sale at 1pm MST. The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; no invoicing on buyers in attendance unless previous arrangements have been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of dispute the auctioneerâ€™s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.

All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The sellers, facility owner, auctioneer and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur.

Certificate of Registration:

Real-time bidding with live audio and video will be available via the Internet for this sale. Buyers must create an account at least 2 days prior to the sale. Please visit www.dlms.ca to get started. Bidders unable to attend the sale may also phone, wire or mail their bids and instructions to the sale manager, auctioneer or special representatives. Bids must be received in sufficient time prior to the sale.

Each animal will carry papers issued by the applicable breed association. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.

Health:

All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.

Guarantee:

Each animal becomes the purchaserâ€™s risk immediately after the animal is sold. All animals in this sale will be sold under the terms and guarantees set forth by the applicable breed association with regard to health, freedom from defects and from both reproductive and specific genetic unsoundness.

Delivery:

Every assistance will be given in getting your purchases home. Free Delivery. Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Bulls will be delivered as soon as possible after the sale.

Agents will be in attendance to insure your purchases. Bulls returning to the consignorâ€™s farm must be insured.
