1. This sale is conducted in accordance with the provincial laws of Saskatchewan.

2.

Once a horse enters the sale, it will be sold to the highest accepted bidder. If the upset price (minimum bid) is not met the horse shall be led out unsold. Horses passed in the 2015 Spring Sale are NOT eligible for future Futurities. (Passed horses will be allowed to be consigned to future sales and if sold, then be eligible for future futurities.)

UPSET PRICE/MINIMUM BID: 2 Year Olds - $1000 3 Years & Up - $1800

All sales are cash, cheques, debit, visa or mastercard (all credit card transactions are subject to a 3% handling fee). All horses must be paid in full before receiving clearance papers from sales management.

At that time the horse must be checked out with the check-out person.

4. The original AQHA registration papers will be withheld until cheques clear the bank and will be released at such time. The transfer reports will accompany the bill of sale.

All sellers will provide a halter & lead rope with each horse. All horses are halter broke to lead.

6.

Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of pedigree names, numbers & official records - any corrections will be made at sale time.

Announcements from the auction stand will take precedence over printed matter in the catalogue.

7.

Veterinarian inspection - will be done on all sale consignments on Friday, April 17th from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

8.

Sale personnel and auctioneer do not act as agents for or represent either the buyer or seller, but merely provide a medium for bringing together buyer and seller, for the purposes of sales transactions.

9.

Horses become the property of the seller when sold by the auctioneer and the buyer assumes all risk and expense of the horse from this time henceforth.

10. Stockmens Equine Insurance - is available as you settle for your purchase - cost: 1% of the purchase price, for 15 days mortality coverage OR 3% for full year. (All Risk Mortality) 11.
