Oulton Farm’s Online Offering on DLMS Farmgate Well this would be our first kick at a sale of our own. Our family has been breeding and selling Hereford genetics for over 100 years. We have been very fortunate to have a great group of breeders who have supported us through consignment sales or by private treaty. This year we thought we would add an online sale into our plans. This is not a huge number of lots but we have dug deep and offering off the top end of the herd. The heifer calves are in our show string and the bred heifers we feel are as good as any we have ever raised. We have always strove for our cows to be able to raise a calf. The cow has to have a good udder, my Dad instilled that into me from day one. We feel we are accomplishing that. The Classic Heritage Beef Show is on September 10 and 11 in Windsor. A good bunch of these lots will be there, the rest will only be a 5 minute drive away. You are welcome to come view the cattle any time before the sale. It will be online at DLMS Farmgate, opening on September 11 and have a racehorse style closing on September 13 at 7:00 pm Atlantic time. We are having an open house on Sunday, September 12 for viewing of the cattle and some refreshments if you can make it. If you have any questions or would like more info please reach out.
