WELCOME
The 2025 edition of OASC promises to be one to count on. In recordsetting times, we feel we’ve put forth an offering as good as ever, with the Simmental sector being as popular and in demand as any other breed out there. The top-end cattle are here, with pedigree and stature to enhance any program. For 23 years this sale has been a pillar within the breed and is one of the longest running Simmental sales in Canada. We encourage your involvement and thank the consignors for offering their best annually at this event. Last year this sale saw cattle reach 6 provinces while drawing national attention and demand like never before. So please join us and don’t hestiate to call any of the staff with questions with regarding the cattle.
- BEN WRIGHT

Annually, for the past 23 years, everyone waits to open this catalog and see the Fullblood lineup we’ve put together. Last year was special with the sale of Lumber, but this year we have all the goods. Breds that are hard to find with all the ingredients and a couple of bulls that have the colour, pedigree and looks to be around and heard of for some time.

Out of the Rosemead Headliner Bull which is a Anchor T Legend son and out of the good FGAF Marsha cow, an Anchor D Raptor sired female. Also in the back of her pedigree are more powerful Bulls and cows like Anchor T Metro 4E, Helga 10Y, Shawacres Jahari 50L, Anchor D Raptor, Ziley, Virginia Maximus, FGAF Seldom, Marsha 003D, lots of big named Full Fleckvieh cattle here!
Car-Laur Marsha 105M’s dam sold in last years Autumn Classic to Ferme Gagnon. This good bred female will raise high-performance calves the way they are supposed too! Bred to our newly purchased heifer Bull from Rendezvous Farms, dark red, that will make that happen. Bred to Rendezvous 52M on April 6 on 2025.

Big stout dark red polled Bull. 110M is also Bred to the Rendezvous Bull, both parties dark, dark red should result in that same rich colour. She will have a performance calf, due early. Bred to Rendezvous 52M on April 8 2025.

Here is a nice deep bodied dark red, goggle eyed female, making a nice udder. She is sired by Wolfe Hierarchy Bull a good full fleck Bull. 52M is going to make a real easy keeping kind of cow. A calf that has always stood out with an incredible amount of thickness and dark colour. We’ve been told to raise a bull like this you have to have a mother behind him. Well, in February Freeze ‘24 we leaned out and purchased his mother for $39,500 and implemented her into an aggressive ET program. With 2 daughters retained in our herd we feel this guy has the credentials for the long haul. His sire, Synergy, has produced type of offspring the fullblood world craves with daughters being sold for record figures at Virginia Ranch annually. All in all this rascal is ready in so many ways, so feel free to analyze him as much as you can.

Purchasing Kananaskis from Farm Gagnon turned out to be one of my best investments in the cattle industry. 73M is built just like her dam, smooth made, lots of length, great flank, and a great udder setting in. With sire Sugar Ray being on her top side, I think 73M is an absolute home run. Plus, her service to Pilot for an early January calf is the cherry on top! Bred April 26 to Crossroads Pilot 21H, exposed to PML McGregor, May 7 to July 7. Vets opinion safe to AI.

LACOMBE’S MOLLY 24M
Big, proud Panther daughter that is polled and coloured a gorgeous cherry red. Incredible mass and huge bodied, she’s exactly the kind we like to raise. Her good-looking mother is another attribute along with being safe to Manchester for a polled charry-dark calf coming early 2026. Bred to Double Bar D POL Manchester on March 13, 2025.

LOT 9 Raptor females always rise to the top as this bold made female does. Note her early service to Bankroll, a polled baby is on the way in this package. Colour, body and power are things that come to mind when analyzing this female. Bred to PHS Bankroll 345B on March 30, 2025.

LOT 10 Ramsay daughter with an early service to Manchester will pay quick dividends. Tremendous colour with frame and extra punch. Bred to Double Bar D POL Manchester on March 2, 2025.

LOT 11 Sired by the famed Legend himself, her dam was a past high seller in this sale. Correct in every way and bred early to IMAX, that baby will be very rewarding with colour galore. A female we are proud of. Bred to Anchor D IMAX 250Y on March 4, 2025.

A WHOLE PACKAGE Kind of Bull
Charles is literally all that and a box of chocolates. Noted for incredible colour, body mass, udder quality, tempermant and size. He just fits the bill of cattle today. His daughters at Rendezvous Dispersal were unreal, average in excess of $15,000 per with a top of $40,000. Charles himself at nine years of age commanded $40,000 as we are excited to implement him in our program. Not to forget the bulls Charles has produced, up to the Dispersal at Rendezvous over 75 head had averaged nearly $11,000 per over 4 years by purebred and commercial cattleman. Truly a lifetime changing breeding bull with limited semen being available.

DAUGHTERS OF CHARLES

ANCHOR D ADR ABIGAIL 120K
As noteworthy as any in the fullblood world today, Abigail 120K is the female we all remember as the $80,000 World Simmental high seller. Her sheer power, frame and pedigree is what we are all hungry for. Perfectly marked with an unbelievable udder, there’s no surprise she looks like she does being the top Creed daughter with list of herdbulls in her pedigree we could only dream of. Now mated to the hard-to-come-by “king“ of fullblood cattle Charles, we feel we really have something here. Just look at the Charles daughters listed in the previous page, can you imagine one by Abigail. You’ll have the frame, dark colour and ultimately as fresh and proven pedigree as Canadian Fullblood cattle can have. Stored at Bow Valley.

LOT 13 A first for us… an Outlook daughter with exceptional pigment, long bodied, good haired with lots of shape. Off a very impressive uddered Stuey daughter that we are quite excited about!

LOT 14 Roseview Erika 12N is a homo-polled calf bound to make a long lasting production cow. She is out of a powerhouse of a cow we bought in SimPower last winter from Ultra Livestock and boy, she has done us right. The proof is found in the pedigree she carries, consisting of some of the greatest genes in the breed from names like WJS Erika 748E and Crossroad Pilot 21H, amongst other very notable names. She is incredibly sound on the move, with a great set of feet and legs under her to surely carry the extensive potential she embodies.

Luna came from a very solid pedigree. She goes back to the Spotify cow, who is our donor cow. She’s dark red, with lots of frame through her hip. This whole cow family has perfect udders, bred well in the past and just goes out and works. She is the one of the last to sell out of the Anchor D Encore bull and she’s a good one. Bred early to Hefner and should make a real nice dark polled calf.
Bred March 25th 2025 Anchor D Hefner 274H. Exposed from March 14th to June 20th 2025.

LOT 16 Maci is a Mowtown daughter of a bull Ben purchased for us at Double Bar D—a real nice, dark-red bull. Her dam came from this very sale a few years back. Smooth polled and a good frame and long bodied. That dark red colouring is sure to catch your eye on sale day. Starting to drop and develop a very nice udder. She’s bred early to Hefner as well, who is a dark-red homo polled heifer bull.
Bred to Anchor D Hefner 274H on April 9th 2025. Exposed from March 14th to June 20th 2025.

LOT 17 A very nice Panther heifer who is dark red, moderate sized, and has a real nice udder developing. This pedigree should work well, be productive and trouble free. Mia’s dam was a cow we purchased at Anchor D that went out and worked well. She’s a small cow but weans them big. Bred to Hefner, so should be a good, marketable combination dark red and polled. Bred to Anchor D Hefner 274H on April 9th 2025. Exposed from March 14th to June 20th 2025.

Growing in size annually, the red & black cattle get attention from every corner of the country, especially last year when we saw Eight Ball and the Trendy influence command top dollar figures. Rest assured, 2025 is no different. Loaded with opportunity—whether it be a show prospect, top bred or a even a donor type candidate—all the goodies are here. Just study the paperwork along with phenotype that this section carries. Definitely something here for even the most discriminating buyer.

A calf that is so right for the times with huge WW and YW epds.
ROSEVIEW SIMMENTALS

RoseView Maggie 3M is a heifer that we had in the keeper pen to build a family around, so letting her go was a very hard decision that took some convincing. She’s a well made heifer that has that show ring flash, with a big middle while still being smooth on her feet to get around. She’s setting up a perfect udder just like her dam continues to do. She was very successful in showing as a calf and has carried that on now as a yearling. She’s the kind of heifer that can go into anyone’s herd, have that showy aspect, while maintaining the power to become a cow that will get the job done for years to come. Check out her pedigree, it speaks volumes to who she will become. Vet confirmed safe to her A.I. date March 22nd. Due to Black Gold Approval and was sexed with a heifer calf. No exposure.

LOT 19A This cherry red heifer has been a stand out from birth! She is an extremely well balanced, feminine female that automatically catches your eye and is big footed with phenomenal legs. It has been a goal of ours to include the famous Darlin’ cow family into our herd, so when the opportunity came to purchase these embryos, we jumped. Her dam, Darlin’ 4H, was the Supreme Champion Female at Farm Fair 2022 and has been producing daughters who not only thrive in the show ring, but turn into high functioning cattle. We consider these two calves to be among the most elite breeding and type in the red Simmental division. We are keeping both females in our show program until the end of RAWF 2025.

LOT 19B 504N is the powerhouse of the two, she has been brood cow material since the day she hit the ground. If your looking to add mass and the max amount of power, while still keeping the femininity and sound structure of the Darlin’ cow family, then this is the heifer for you. Her sire, SVS Rancher has very quickly become one of the go to AI sires in the red division as he produces consistent, reliable cattle that are working well for fellow breeders. Selling these full sisters on choice was a hard decision but we only wanted to bring the best. We are keeping both females in our show program until the end of RAWF 2025.

EYE APPEAL GALORE
Phenotypically one of the most eye-appealing red females with a heartbeat in the Simmental breed today. Her dark colour, huge body and, of course, her name—Darlin! 11K is a daughter of the popular 4H who was Supreme in Edmonton, and if you trace further back, she is a grand daughter of the original, now-deceased, 613D. Darlin’s just flat out get it done. Mated to our main black sire, the $240,000 Capital, and the option of the ever demanding Mountain View makes this a no brainer when implanting next spring. Stored at Bow Valley.

Choosing Limitless as the sire for this mating was a no brainer! Her dam was the Mega Moola Champion heifer at the Spring Forward Show in 2023. Nice variety of top producing genetics in this pedigree. This calf is exceptionally quiet, making her a perfect choice for a young 4H’er!

PAULA CORNISH
How could we have sales in Ontario without Paula. An energetic friendly attitude to say the least , Paula is as respected as any within the entire livestock business in the province. We put alot on Paula and thank her for all her efforts with the sales in Eastern Canada.

MARS BAR 109M

This one definitely has cow power written all over her. Another deep red heifer with body and bone galore! She’s well balanced, correct on the move, and carries herself with a natural presence that catches your eye. Like her sister, she has perfectly placed teats that are just the right size. Her dam will be entering our Donor program this spring. AI Bred to KWA Shamrock on March 24 2025. Pasture exposed to LHF Ludicrous 106L from April 2 - May 2 2025. Vet opinion is safe to AI.

NEAPOLITAN ICE SCREAM
Ice Scream version 2.0 is one that has made us smile since day one. Her deep red colour and her depth are some of her qualities that will make you wish you had a whole calf crop just like her! She boasts a naturally level topline carried right through to a wide, square hip. Her teat length and placement look to be setting up perfect as well. You decide which one of her dam’s offspring you want this year, as it didn’t take Ben long to say he wanted them for this!

LOT 26 Alton Red Carmine 2193N is dominant in her makeup—with her dark red colour, a very feminine and attractive front third, surplus of volume and capacity, and a square shape from behind. 2193N comes with a big, square foot and takes a long, confident stride in an athletic package. Red Carmine has that outcross pedigree, stemming from a donor dam with a proven track record. Maternal siblings have been high sellers in previous Ontario Autumn Simmental Classics and Falls View sales. Alton Red Carmine 2193N is a high-quality female who is extremely complete and will always compete based on fundamentals alone.
LOT 27 71M is a tough heifer to let go. She was destined for the keeper pen until Ben saw her. Such an attractive female with an absolute stunning udder setting up, which is no surprise as 71M’s grandam, TCW Gypsy, had quite the show career for Patrick and Tracey Wilcox. Introducing the next piece of the great Trendy story. We have seen some elite red daughters sell and have had show ring success over the past few years and we are proud to offer what we think is the best black daughter yet. Trendy BT26 was an impressive female to see in the flesh. Stout, awesome uddered, great footed and flushed exceptionally well. I think Trendy 104M offers all those same qualities but with a bit more femininity and look. So elegant and extended in her front one third with plenty of growth and substance from behind. A females silhouette that balances up as well as you could sketch one. Whether you breed her this fall or hold her over until spring we think Trendy offers a lot of unique breeding pieces.

We purchased 1M’s dam from Windy Knolls online sale in 2023. She did not disappoint as a 1st calver. She gave us an easy fleshing, good boned heifer with tons of maternal traits. 1M is safe in calf to SRH Hannibal 5H for calving ease and is due the end of January. She was AI bred to Hannibal 5H on April 16 2025, no exposure.

I wish we had taken this one around to a few shows. We like to play with the latest & greatest sires sometimes, but one like Captain Morgan seems to hit it out of the park every year. She’s big bodied with a long spine and has lots of bone structure. We’re very confident she will be easy to pick out in her new herd for years to come. AI bred to KCC1 Exclusive 116E on March 24 2025. Pasture exposed to LHF Ludicrous 106L from April 2 to May 2 2025. Vet opinion is safe to AI.
LOT 42 This black beauty comes in a moderate package, which is built for the long run. Feminine through her front third. Her sire, Ultra Approval, was used for a couple years and sold to Timeview Farms as we started keeping multiple daughters from him right away. Just like the rest, she has a near perfect, tidy udder and is deep bodied. Pasture exposed to LHF Ludicrous 106L from April 2 to May 2 2025. AI bred May 4 2025 to WLB Bounty Hunter 365C.

LOT 43 Milan is a well-balanced female that carries herself with natural style, tracking while on the move near perfect. She’s built on a strong frame with all the right pieces to develop into a functional, long-lasting cow. Similar to this year’s line, she has been such an easykeeper it isn’t even funny! AI bred on March 24 2025 to Rust Primetime 507G. Pasture exposed to LHF Ludicrous 106L from April 2 to May 2; observed bred April 25 2025.

LOT 44 This long-bodied, extra-power female has lots of attributes. Her service alone to the $90,000 USD Landman is one reason to check her over thoroughly. Motley bred cattle at Rendezvous rang the bell and we are very high on this one. Bottom side shows Avenger who includes even more peer and substance. A real feature female. AI bred April 23 2025 to SAS Landman 423L. Exposed to RHF Mr Mandate 316L from May 15 - June 15 2025. Safe to Landman.

LOT 45 Top grading Avenger daughter with all the fixings and safe to the popular Landman. Avenger sons were amongst some of the high sellers at Rendezvous with a maternal sister at $14,000 to HWY 21. These Rendezvous cattle are big, perform and have hair. There’s a reason they conducted one of the top bull sales in Canada for years. 96M will carry all that on. AI bred on April 23 2025 to SAS Landman 423L. Exposed to RHF Mr Mandate 316L from May 15 to June 15. Safe to Landman.

LOT 46 Easy-keeping, developing an ideal underline and udder and ready to work. Loads of hair with a very nice pattern and shape with a service to the ‘24 DBD high selling bull at $80,000 to Double KL. Again, gentle natured and massive outline best describes 652M. AI bred to DBD Carbon Capture 721K, April 10. Exposed to RHF Mr Mandate 316L from May 15 to June 15 2025.

LOT 47 Bred for the profit, this female reads and writes with the best of them. Her mother was a lead-off bred heifer at the R Plus Dispersal and is a baldy going back to power sire Yuma. A female ready to produce. Bred to DBD Carbon Capture 721K on April 16 2025, preg checked safe to AI.

LOT 48 Here’s a nicely made County O daughter that will be hard to part with! Her dam has always been a never-miss, top of the herd cow for us. She is feminine, deep sided, long bodied, and carries some pretty cool genetics with her! Check out the Mader Blackraven on her bottom side, and the famous GEFF County O on her top side. She has power and longevity all wrapped up in a great package. Bred to female sexed CDI Trustee 387F on March 10 2025. Preg checked safe. No pasture exposure.

LOT 49 Here’s a cow right out of the heart of the SVS herd. A cow with a great udder, great feet and legs and a good disposition. We really didn’t want to sell this cow but my younger brother owns part of this cow and he recently bought a house and he needs the money. Bred March 24 2025 to WFL Mountain View 4J.

MISS MALIBU
You have to appreciate the Brood Cow potential in this Copperhead daughter with some added chrome. Easy fleshing, moderate framed, explosive rib, meat machine! Her Granddam (Chasing Dreams) is a direct Broker daughter, paired with the modern County O bull. Look deep into this pedigree to find R Plus and Mader genetics backing her up. Bred to female sexed CDI Trustee 387F March 10 2025. Preg checked safe. No pasture exposure.

This is a blue collar Justified son, with mass and meat that has both a purebred and commercial application we believe. Our best 2025 bull calf by a stretch, out of a cow that would udder score 10. Broke to show for ease of handling! DNA testing pending, will be available prior to sale.

LOT 52 Wide topped and big ribbed, this stylish heifer comes out of a powerful Caliber daughter we selected from Lewis Farms, AB. She is broke to show or go out and be a production brood cow. Exceptional temperament in this cool package! DNA testing pending available prior to sale.

LOT 53 Eye appeal heifer out of a mega milk cow from Xcel Livestock. And yes, 8N comes direct from the high selling, outcross Rolex 117L herd bull. Pedigree twist alert! DNA testing pending available prior to sale.

THE SIMMENTAL ICON HERSELF
An icon. A household name. One of the most decorated and influential females in the Simmental breed.
Last summer, we were extremely fortunate when our good friends at Black Gold offered us the chance to own CMS Soda Pop 425B. To say it’s not very often that the opportunity to put your name on one of the hottest cows in the Simmental industry is putting it mildly, and it is even more rare to have a donor that can take as wicked of a photo as you see here at 10 years old. ‘Soda’ was a three-peat Champion at Stockade Round-Up, Champion and Top 5 Finalist at Farm Fair, National Champion at Agribition, and saw a Top 10 Finalist nod not once, but twice. In production, daughters were kept relatively close to the chest, and the 6 direct daughters that were offered averaged $34,000.
Every box is checked in terms of these matings, just take your pick between breed legend SVS Betts, or the $110,000 up and comer Journeyman, known for injecting high performance and skeletal quality.
Consider this your ticket to tap into one of the breeds most celebrated cow families.
