Welcome to the 2014 New Trend Salers Bull Sale...the largest offering in the nation from the Salers breed leaders. A great set of bulls, uniform in type, moderate in frame, lots of hair, great temperament showing an abundance of muscle expression and performance. Their most important features are birth weight factor and calving ease...ideal for those who retain heifers for breeding. The winds have changed in the livestock industry and are warm and friendly. Restocking of the North American cow herd has just begun; we are very close to seeing major changes. To increase cow herd numbers, heifers must be retained and serviced by bulls that will provide calving ease and vigor at birth; this points to the Salers breed, where demand will overshadow supply. 2014 might be the last year one can acquire an affordable Salers bull!
