Since 1986 Kenray Ranch has been committed to producing Red Angus cattle that excel throughout the entire beef value chain. Many of the females that we have sold have gone on to produce; high selling offspring, champions in the show ring or become foundation cow families for their new owners. We are extremely proud of our customer’s success and enjoy knowing that our cattle function within a variety of environments and breeding situations. We strive to continue the legacy of producing this kind of female while providing commercial cattleman with dependable herd bulls.

These fellas have been thoughtfully mated to include some of the hottest club calf, time tested Angus and exciting Simmental genetics available. There truly is something for everyone. Prior to the sale date the entire offering will be available for viewing at the ranch. Additionally we will have a few of the sale lots on display at Canadian Western Agribition within the Yards. Following the sale delivery to central locations will be available.

haro 17C has developed into a very impressive daughter of our senior herdsire Indicator 30Z. She has a tremendous hip and width over her top line. The Indicator progeny all exhibit extra muscle shape and eye appeal. The Charo cow family was added to our breeding program from the JCC dispersal sale. They are all deep dark red and excellent producers. Charo 17C will be on display in the Yards at Canadian Western Agribition 2015, make sure to drop by for a visit.

haro 18C is a twin to lot 1, she displays the same pattern and make up as her full sister. This is a very powerful set of twin heifer calves. We struggled with the decision of selling choice on these two girls however we decided to offer both in their entirety.

Their dam has done an outstanding job of raising two very impressive top quality replacement heifer calves. The maternal merit of the Charo cow family is truly impressive. You may want to consider keeping the happy family together come sale time!

ye appeal in a brood cow package! The Chimo 90W daughters that we have in production are proving to be some of our best young cows. Not surprising when you study the Laura 5S cow that backs him, she has been a standout producer for our friends at T-K raising high sellers in the last few years. Breeders have recently rediscovered the High Capacity bull, it is no wonder due to the fact that he has built in calving ease and produces awesome females. Dawn 42C traces back to a Hobo 1961 daughter that we purchased from the very solid Flying K herd as a heifer calf. There is some maternal greatness flowing through the blood of this fancy heifer.

he Kuruba cow family is synonymous with quality within the entire Red Angus industry. Brent & Myrna Bruin purchased a very closely related heifer from our 2014 offering and report that she has developed very well within their BMB herd. When touring through our herd visitors are always quick to pick out the Kuruba 20T cow and her daughters. They all have a super clean front end and picture perfect udder structure. Given time this heifer will join the ranks and become a super productive cow.

The 76X cow was selected from the Lindsay family in Ontario and has been a very consistent producer for us. This heifer may be the youngest in the offering but doesn’t give up any performance to the others.
