FOOD & DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY. IRCC “QUALITY CONTROL X” FEMALE SALE SUNDAY OCTOBER 4, 2026 Indian River, ON
WELCOME From our family to yours, we are pleased to welcome you to another year of the Eastern Extravaganza Angus Sale. For us, raising Angus cattle has always been about much more than producing good cattle. It’s about family, friendships, hard work and passing a love for agriculture on to the next generation. Some of our best memories have been made in the barn, at the shows, around the sale ring and alongside the many great people we have met through the Angus breed. We are extremely fortunate to have a great group of consignors who share our passion for the Angus breed and our commitment to offering quality cattle. We sincerely appreciate the confidence they place in this sale each year. Their programs, genetics and dedication add tremendous depth to the offering, and we are happy to have their cattle and their families be part of this event. Together, we are proud to offer cattle that are sound, functional and productive, the kind that can go home and become great cows, while still having the quality, style and presence to be competitive in the show ring. Be sure to come early to visit with the consignors and enjoy great Angus hospitality before and after the sale. ~ KYLE, RACHEL, JORDYN AND MASON PETHERICK
As always, the first Saturday in October marks an exciting event here in central Ontario: the Eastern Extravaganza Sale, one of the classiest, high-end female sales of the entire fall run. This year’s consignors have outdone themselves, putting together an offering that’s second to none in quality and breeding value — the kind of cattle that will enhance any bottom line and become the frontpasture favourites we all love. With a great selection of bred heifers, cows, open females and herdsire prospects, this offering is one that sports the kind of high-end quality that isn’t available every day of the week. Some of the most gorgeous scenery you’ll ever see comes mid-fall in central Ontario and we encourage all to participate in this year’s event by joining us up on the hill at Worth-Mor Cattle on Saturday evening. ~ BEN WRIGHT 1

Echo 312L is the definition of a dream. Not only being the supreme champ, but overall a cow you just love to be part of. She is the EE all time record high seller coming with an $115,000 evaluation with her first daughter now residing at RV. Above all else that 312L has accomplished, she has as much promise, youth, udder quality and genetic merit as anything we’ve ever been around. We are proud she wears our tattoo and excited to work along Salem Road into the future with this stunning vixen. In the next pages you’ll notice the opportunity to get in on this female and we are honoured to have such an impacting female lead the way this year at EE.

A DIRECT DAUGHTER OF 312L Of all the cattle we’ve ever presented annually in this event, 615P is the one that has as much anticipation as any of them. One of the first ever Bedrock daughters to hear an auctioneers chant, look at her figures and, above that, she’s a 312L daughter. Top 1% YW, top 3% WW while still maintaining a very modest BW. All we do around here is talk Angus cattle, and this one gets us right fired up. A combination of some of the most intelligent Angus genetics today and phenotype that is proven and sought after, we’ve come to the conclusion that 615P ranks right up there with the best we’ve ever made available for public auction.

First check his off the charts figures like his sister and top 1% of the entire breed for $C. Then look at this rascal. Muscle, shape, form and big backed as anything we’ve produced. All the main points are covered easily here, but more importantly he has all the extras as well with most notable being his donor dam. THE NEWEST GAL IN TOWN... The purpose of our breeding programs and the EE sale is to provide the best known product we have. Well fresh off the block and from the record setting AAC sale is our newest donor female Mia 708L. She was the $82,500 top selling cow via AAC ‘26, but most notably the full sister to the top selling black angus bull in Canada .... the $250,000 Peak Dot Nucleus. Mia 708L has that look, the depth and angularity of a brood cow yet with a flare of phenotype we crave. Her genetic merit is earth shattering in everyway when compared to the top Angus females within the breed, and her now deceased mother has 63 direct progeny amongst the CAA herdbook. Impeccable feet, striking presence and paperwork that will dance with the best of them, it’s easy to tell we are amped up on Mia 708L. We are offering the right to flush Mia 708L, guaranteeing 6 viable grade A embryos with an open top. Mia 708L is due end of January with adequate time for embryo transfer for spring 2027 implant . 12

A STANDOUT CALF This calf has been a stand out since birth with a little added performance. We retained a full sister last year and we knew this one would be every bit as good. She’s entered in the futurity class at the RAWF and we’d be happy to get her there if the new owners wish. She won’t only make a show heifer, she’ll make a great cow. Her dam has several sisters in our herd that are phenotypic stand outs and her MATERNAL maternal grand dam SISTER TO DAM is a Canadian Angus SCOMAC LADY designated Elite Dam. ANN 322D

This exciting Boyd Bedrock daughter is a deepmiddle beauty with tremendous rib shape, body and capacity packed into an attractive, feminine package. She’s bold sprung, soft made and powerful through her center third, yet still carries herself with plenty of style and presence. The more you study her, the more you appreciate her balance, substance and brood-cow look. With Boyd Bedrock on the top side and this kind of phenotype already showing through, we think the future is awfully bright for this young female. She’s clean and attractive through her front end, bold through her rib and carries that deep, soft middle into a powerful, well-balanced package. LONGEVITY, FERTILITY, AND POWER PROVEN IN HER PEDIGREE Both of our sale entries this year are daughters of our walking herd sire, Baldridge Jock 868J, a son of the legendary Isabel Y69 and a full brother to Baldridge Badger. Jock is an impressive bull, combining exceptional mass, stature, and width while maintaining structural integrity and breed character. 204N traces back to one of our most productive cow families. She is a granddaughter of our 14-year-old SAV Blackcap May 2153 donor, a cow that continues to excel and was flushed this summer, producing eight freezable embryos. A big-bodied, feminine heifer with extra rib shape and capacity, 204N possesses the maternal strength and performance genetics we strive to produce. She is backed by longevity, fertility, and proven production, making her the type of female that can add value to any breeding program for years to come. Another powerful daughter of Baldridge Jock 868J, 210N showcases the added performance, dimension, and structural correctness that Jock consistently stamps into his progeny. She is a big-bodied, attractive female that combines power with femininity, offering the depth, capacity, and sound structure needed to develop into a productive, long-lasting brood cow while maintaining the Angus look. On the sire’s side, she traces back to our Coleman Renown 763E walking bull, a son of the renowned Coleman Abigale 0277 donor who is a full brother to Coleman Charlo 0256 and sired by SAV Renown. On the maternal side, her pedigree goes back to another highly productive “Z” cow, Oak Lane Barbara 14Z, adding another layer of proven maternal excellence and longevity. We purchased 14Z later in her life from Marty Whitney, yet she made a lasting impact on our program, with numerous daughters still working in our herd today. With a pedigree stacked with breed-leading cow families and the phenotype to match, 210N represents the kind of maternal strength, fertility, and performance that can add value to any breeding program for years to come. TOP NOTCH TRAITS & A REAL LOOKER! A standout since birth, this Bambi female has all the fixings to be a front line female for her entire life. Ponderosa cattle have the extra width, shape and overall appearance we all crave, but most importantly is her donor dam that backs her up. A fifth generation female claiming Elite status within the CAA at the earliest timeline possible contains massive upside for so much tomorrow as we’ve bred in some time. The EPD profile matches 1P in many ways being an early maturing calf pounding the scales at 205 days yet look at that 0.9 BW that gives you the opportunity to breed her in many different directions. When you combine the power of Ponderosa and the maternal strength of Bambi, you receive top quality in multiple traits and easy on the eyes.
