In this their 10th annual sale, they present a powerful and rugged group of bulls that will add pounds at weaning; you will want to keep all the daughters as replacements. Chad is very proud of his predictable cow herd and it’s what makes this set of bulls so uniform and consistent. As you read through the catalogue, note the consistently large milk numbers on the mothers of the bulls offered.

The Sitz Resilient sons are exciting… new genetics with bred in calving ease yet not giving up any performance… you will appreciate this new sire group. The Sitz Stellar sons are outcross to the program and are also calving ease sires. The Rainmakers are consistent in performance, thick topped, packed with muscle and capacity and were very well accepted by the cowboys in ’23.

The purebred heifers selling are few in number, but very high in quality and will be highly valued in future years. The commercial heifers are the “Tuck Kind”, money-makers with little fuss.

would like to thank our past and present customers,

wouldn’t be here without your support. The cattle business is very exciting to be in as of now, with prices being at at all time highs. It’s about time!!

We, at CMT Farms, believe we have a bull that will fit your needs and keep you headed in the right direction. Our goal here is to produce a problem free Angus cow. We achieve this by culling for udders, feet, fertility, performance and mothering ability. That being said this years offering has a few more calving ease bulls out of the Sitz bulls we selected in Spring 2021.

We believe these bulls are the right kind, being an outcross to our cow herd with a little more calving ease but not sacrificing growth or shape and out of cows that are proven to produce. The Stellar sons are very exciting as well and we believe the females will be exceptional. Our bull pen has been culled for disposition, soundness and type. These bulls are athletic and ready to go out and breed cows. On the other hand we have heifer calves that we believe will fit in any herd and go on to be a productive, low maintenance cow.

Please plan to be with us at the Ranch on March 26th, 2024 for some lunch and refreshments. Until that day the bulls, heifers and cow herd are available for viewing. Bull and heifer videos will be posted on DLMS and Buyagro for viewing a few weeks before sale day. We look forward to seeing you.

631 has done a great job here on his first calf crop. He has moderated birthweight and has added length and shape to his calves. His dam and four generations in a row on the bottom side of this pedigree are all Pathfinder cows with the American Angus Association. We like the looks of his daughters and are expecting them to be very productive here in the years to come.

670J is a free moving, easy fleshing bull that we like a lot. His dam 234G was recognized this year as a Pathfinder cow and goes back to SITZ’s old Forever Lady donor cow. 234G is what we consider to be a model Angus cow that we want to replicate. We have a lot more calves on the ground this year and plan on using him heavily again this spring.

We selected 8112 out of Johnson’s last bull sale and he was a standout in our opinion. His calves are more moderate in height, have lots of length and are hairy. His first few daughters have calved this year, and we like what we’re seeing.

TERMS &Conditions

TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; no invoicing on buyers in attendance unless previous arrangements have been made. Each animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION: Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Angus Association unless otherwise specified. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.

PEDIGREE ESTIMATES: Pedigree Estimates (PE) are created on the projected mating of the animal’s sire and dam based on averages of the two, creating estimated values that do not hold the same accuracy of actual EPDs issued from the association and should be used as such.

HEALTH: All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.

GUARANTEE: Each animal becomes the purchaser’s risk immediately after the animal is sold. All animals in this sale will be sold under the terms and guarantees set forth by the Canadian Angus Association with regard to health, freedom from defects and from both reproductive and specific genetic unsoundness.

LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk. The seller, facility owner and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur. It is understood that T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. is acting only as a medium between buyer and seller and is not responsible for any obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties and any legal action that may, in extreme cases, be taken must be between buyer and seller. T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. assumes no responsibility of any credit extended by the seller to the buyer.
