From the desk at T Bar... On behalf of the consignors, we extend a special invitation to be with us the Saturday of Labor Day weekend at Maple Hill Auctions in Hanover, Ontario for the 2014 edition of the Autumn Angus Classic. To those who, in the past several years, have endured and added to cow numbers and quality, congratulations .... as it looks quite easy now with your cow herd doubling in value (salvage value). For those who are members of the “wish I had club”, do not despair as this bull market has just begun and we will see several very successful years forward in the livestock business. The length of gestation has not changed, but cowherd inventories have eroded to early 1950 levels....rebuilding beef supplies will take a long time and those who are suppliers will flourish. The success of past sales has spurred the consignors in bringing their “top end to town.” All the cattle selling have been selected for phenotypical and genetic quality so that buyers can be assured of added value in their Angus seed stock. One thing you can be certain of....the sale offering is diverse and will fit most breeding operations and budgets. Now’s the time to cull your old cows, your low production cows and open cows, replacing them with young breeding females and current genetics. (Slaughter cows are high and going higher.) Plan to be with us in Hanover for an exciting 2014 edition of Autumn Angus Classic. It will certainly be worth the trip as Angus cattle are becoming very valuable property with little risk and much reward. The cattle will be available for viewing the afternoon and evening prior and for those who cannot attend, our professional sale team can assist you in a confidential manner with your selections and/or purchases.
Sale Management
As usual, if we, at T Bar C, may be of any assistance, prior to or sale day, do not hesitate to give us a call. See you in Hanover.

BW: 0.8 WW: 50 YW: 90 MM: 20 TM: 45 CE: 8.0 MCE: 10.0 Here comes a cow straight from the legendary pastures of Six Mile Ranch, SK. Lass 14X is a soggy made, deep ribbed, broody four year old cow. Sired by one of the top female makers in the industry, S A V Final Answer. If the over all make up and attractiveness of Lass 14X doesn’t catch your eye then her great temperament and docility will. And with her mating to the one and only HFKodiak 5R, who’s made great females also, what ever she has next year whether a bull or a heifer calf, it will be a good one.

PE BW:3.4 WW: 58 YW: 102 MM: 29 TM: 58 CE: -0.3 MCE: 4.3 We have been striving to assemble some of the finest genetics a person can find, and these three exportable embryos are something that we at Reborst Farms think are pretty special. JLMB Evening Tinge 2280 was the $ 14,250.00 high selling female out of the 2013 Johnson Livestock Annual Sale. Her sire Elminator is re writing history of high sellers at both Peak Dot Ranch and JL. His spread from birth to yearling is massive and the eye appeal of his progeny are second to none. But probably the most intriguing part of these embryos is the dam of JL 2280, the famous 57R herself. 57R could write a novel of her progeny across the North American land, as she was the $20,000.00 high seller at the historic Wat Cha Dispersal. That same day her first son commanded $27,000.00, and since then has gone on to average in excess of $10,000.00 per head on direct progeny! Now to top it all off, what better way to mate these embryos then to the most exciting Harvestor son available. SAV International is creating quite a stir and we believe this mating will be a huge success.
