Welcome folks to our 10th Annual Bull & Female Sale. Different is the word that keeps coming to mind. You might wonder how? Well our sale offering is almost entirely sired by our own home raised herd sires. They are bred by us. Most of their dams are also bred by us as you will see as you peruse our catalogue. Young Dale Xcaliber 32X has left a phenomenal set of bulls. Not to overplay the word, but they are indeed different. They all have size, lots of bone and big hips, with great heads and smooth shoulders, with a special look that is darn hard to find or duplicate. This young Sire has surpassed our expectations. We are sure the intrigue and potential for this bloodline is at the top of the charts. Let your imagination run wild, for the opportunity is yours on April 9th!

Sires like Young Dale Panarama 66T and Young Dale Xception 12X have also sired a very strong set of bulls with built in performance that is sure to meet your expectations. Viewing of Bulls Bulls and heifers are available for viewing the afternoon of April 8th at Alameda Auction Mart Sale Day Discount If you take possession of your animals sale day, we will deduct $50.00/animal off the price of your purchase.

NOTE: After Sale Maintenance Sale bulls can be maintained at Young Dale on a growing ration post sale. For animals not picked up or delivered by May 1st, 2012, the buyer will be charged $5.00/day. Young Dale will not be responsible for any loss or injury post sale or during delivery, so it is highly recommended that you insure your animals.

Certificate of Registry A certificate of registration duly transfered will be furnished to the buyer by the breeder for each registered animal after complete payment has been made.

GENERAL INFORMATION

TERMS Cheque or cash, unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale with the seller. As soon as animal is sold, it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

GUARANTEE Should any bull or heifer fail to be a satisfactory breeder, he or she will be replaced with a animal of equal value and quality, or a credit given toward the purchase of another animal. NO REFUNDS. Bulls are not guaranteed to freeze semen. If you have any problems with your animal, please notify us immediately.

HEALTH We will furnish the necessary health papers for bulls or heifers going to the United States.

ACCIDENTS Although every precaution is taken, neither sale staff or the owners will assume any responsibiliuty abd disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise for any reason.

ANNOUNCEMENTS Errors in this catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the block at sale time and such corrections will take precendence over any printed matter. Any dispute will be settled by the Auctioneer.
