for Pankotai Manufacture At Netwerk 2013

Ez a terv a Pankotai családi bőrdíszműves vállalkozásnak készült.Az arculat letisztultságával és színeivel tükrözi a szakma hangulatát.A cégér szerű logók és a tevékenységi körök piktogramszerű ábrázolása, a történelmi céhes korokat idézi, ezzel utalva a hagyományörző munkamódszereikre és nagymúltra visszanyúló szakértelmükre. A logó három változata tevékenységeik csoportosítására készült (hagyomásnyos népi motívumos tárgyak, vadászati kiegészítők és divat cikkek) Mind három logo az adott manufaktúra ikonján alapszik, melyek részletessége tükrözi munkaigényes gyártási folymatokat.

Pankotai Manufacture has three types of Leather Goods: tradional line with Hungarian folk motive, hunting accessories and conteporary fashion products. The principle of the three logos is, that all of them are based on the Manufacture`s icon. The detailed Logos represent the labor-intensive process of the products.

Die Pankotai Manufaktur stellt drei Teile von Lederwaren her.

Der erste ist eine traditionale Linie (Folk) mit ungarischen Volkskunstmotiven, der zweite Teil beschäftigt sich mit Jagdbedarfen (Hunting) und es gibt noch eine Linie mit heutigem Modegeschmack (Classic).

Die Anlage der drei Logos ist der Ikon der Manufaktur, so sind sie miteinander in Beziehung. Die Peinlichkeit der Logos demonstriert das arbeitsaufwendige Verfahren der Produkte.

Úgyszintén karakteresen bontja szét a weboldalt. Mivel az egyes kategóriába kevés termék került, ezért az egyes termékek teljes oldalasan jelennek meg, melyeket a kurzorral forgathatunk és belenagyíthatunk,hogy az apró részleteket is megtekinthessük.

The website is also separeted to three parts and in the product categories there are not too big choice. For this reason the product pictures are repesented in fullscreen.

While scrollig down the next (˝hidden˝) picture appears.

With the cursor it is possible to turn the product and zoom into the details.

Die drei Gruppen der Produkte sind auch charakteristisch für die Webseite. Da es in den Kategorien nicht so viele Angebote gibt, wäre es möglich, mit bildschirmgrößen Bildern nacheinander zu stellen. Wenn man untern scrollt, taucht die nächste (˝versteckte˝) Lederware auf. Mit dem Kursor kann man das Produkt umdrehen und in die Details einzoomen.

for Független Előadó-Művészeti Szövetség 2013

Az arculat a Független Előadó-Művészeti Szövetségnek készült.

A logó kézzel írott betűi az aláírásra utalnak, mely a művészek egyediségét tükrözi. A kör reflektorfényhatású, mely szintén a szervezet profilját mutatja.Az arculat elegáns elmei és színválasztása, komolyságot, profizmustkommunikál, amilyen maga a Szervezet is.

This handwritten logo refers to the association`s profil: ``signature`` provides valuabe support for the endangered performing-art. The black circle gives the same effect as a reflektor light and it increases performing art`s and the association`s sensation.

Mit dem handschriftlichen Logo wird auf das Bodenprofil der Einrichtung hingewiesen: ihre „Unterschrift“ bedeutet eine wertvolle Unterstützung für sterbende Vorstellungkunst.

Die schwarze Kreisrunde gibt solche Wirkung ob sie es im Rampenlicht wäre, damit verstärkert sich die Kommunikation der Vorsellungskunst und der Einrichtung.

A blokkoos elrendezés megkönnyíti, a kronológikus és a tematikus rendezést, Valamint egyszerűsítik a responsiv webdesint.

The blocks make the news easy to rearrenge or to regroup in chronological or themaitical ranking. This arragment makes responsive webdesign possible.

Mit den Blocks ist es einfach die Nachrichten umzuorden und in Gruppen (in kronologische oder thematische Reihe) einzuteilen.

Ausserdem ermöglicht dieses Arragment das responsive Webdesign.

Corporate Identity with Brigitta Nachtmann and Karolina Purnhauser 2012

A három pont meghatározhat egy síkot, négy pont pedig meghatározhat egy teret, ez reflektál a cég grafikai és formatervezői profiljára. Hármunk firkáiból alakul ki az O karakter, amelyek a szubtraktív színkeverésből adódóan a cián, a magenta és a sárga színű firkák metszésén fekete színt adnak. Ezáltal reprezentálva a közös munka eredményét.

The identity of Pont Design Studio is based on the chosen Hungarian name, which means “point”. It’s a typographical base unit, and it can determine planes and even spaces in geometry, according to its number and location. Theese refer to the company profile: graphic and product design, in other words two and three dimensional design. Three of the members’ dot scrawls are intersecting each other and by the substractive color mixing, (cyan, magenta, yellow) the O character appears from the black color.

(Pont bedeutet Punkt.) Das Wort “Pont” hat viele Bedeutungen wie: Satzzeichen, typografische Grundeinheit, geometrischer Grundbegriff: die Position des Punktes und die Menge der Punkte können Flugzeuge und sogar einen konkreten Platz bestimmen. Das reflektiert auf unseren Fachbereich, der sich mit Produkt- und Grafikdesign beschäftigt. Die“drei gekritzelten Punkte” sind die Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens, aus denen der Buchstabe “O” entsteht. Die Linien der subtraktiven Farbmischung, Cian, Magenta und Gelb schneiden sich, und an den Schnittstellen entsteht die Farbe Schwarz.

Foodlovers Application, Website At E8 Labor with Zsuzsanna Kállay 2015

Külföldön járva sokszor nem ismerjük ki magunkat az ételek között, nem tudjuk mi az összetevői az ételnek, hogyan készült, mi a tradíciója. Ezen segít a foodlovers applikáció, mely az éttermeket már különböző szűrő alapján rendszerezi. Ez lehet akár már előre beállított étel érzékenységünk, allergiáink, vagy árkategória etc. Nem csak az étterem kiválasztásakor hanem az étlapon való eligazodásban is segít, azzal hogy megmutatja a receptet, összetevőit, energia tartalmát, képeket és videókat az ételről.

If you are abroad and you wish, you would know better the places, where or what to eat? As special if you have food allergy or intolerance.

The foodlovers applictation helps you organise the nearby restaurants with various filters. It can be sensitive to our already pre-set food allergy, or price range etc.

That application is also able to give you advice to the foods.

It will show you the recipe, ingredients, energy content, pictures and videos about the food, and filters after your settings.

Wenn Sie riesen, wünschen sie dass Sie ein guten Restaurant entdecken? Besonders ist es scwerig, wenn Sie wegen Alergien oder Intoreranze speciele Ernährungsgewohnheiten haben?

Foodlovers Application bietet die Möglichkeit an, die Restaurants nicht nur nach Preis und Klasse sortieren, sondern der Benutzer kann seine Allergie einstellen und damit sortiern. Das Application hilft bei dem Seiße Auswahl. Fotos und Vertigungsvideos werden auch sichtbar gemacht und die Zutaten, das Energieinhalt werden auch aufgelistet.

Az applikációhoz tartozik egy promóciós oldal amely bemutatja az applikáció működését és kétoldalú bejelentkezést biztosít mind a felhasználó mind az éttermeknek. Az éttermek ezen az oldalon tölthetik fel a kínált ételeiket és azoknak az adatlapjait, valamint a társítják egy tracking szimbólumhoz.

The application has a promotional page, included settings and information platform for the user and the restaurants.

The restaurants can upload on that page their menu, data sheets of the meals and combine them with a tracking symbol.

Zu dem Application gehört eine Promotionswebseite. Die Seite enthaltet Einstellungen und Informationsplattform sowohl für den Benutzer, als auch für den Restaurants. Die Restaurants können an dieser Seite ihre Menüs hochladen, die Informationen über den Speisen und mit einem TrackingSymbolen kombinieren.

Nyomi city Application At E8 Labor 2015

Geolokációs alapú amőba játék, melyet mesterséges intelligencia vagy másik személy ellen is játszható. A harmadik lehetőség hogy mások játékát is megtekinthetem. A nyert játszmák alapján helyhez kötött kis királyságok alakíthatóak ki, és innentől kezdve a birodalom fejlesztéséért és bővítésért folyik a játszma.

Nyomi city is Tic-tac-toe game, combinated with geo-location system. You can play against AI (artifical Intelligenceo) or another person or just watch others games. You can found own kingdom and then the war begins against the kingdoms.

In der Nyomi City Application wurde das Tic-Tac-Toe Spiel mit GeolocationSystem kombiniert.

Sie können entweder gegen Künstliche Iintelligenz oder andere Person spielen oder einfach nur zuschauen. Sie können eigenes Königreich gründen, und dann beginnt der Krieg gegen den Königreichen.

Guzmo Toy

For Fruit of Care At Moholy-Nagy Universitiy of Art and Design Csaba Szilágyi - Instruktor 2012 Guzmo egy olyan gyerek játék, mellyel kicsik rajzkészsége, valamint a képzelőereje egyaránt fejlődik, úgy hogy a fehér kis figura karakterét maguk rajzolhatják rá a hozzáadott vízbázisú toxinmentes filcekkel. Akár közös játék lehet a szülővel a karakter megalkotása. A figura anyagából adódóan (100% PE) könnyen kimosható a filc és kezdődhet az újabb játék.

Fruit of Care nonprofit company works with disabled people. I designed for this company a doll called Guzmo, in order to develop kid’s drawing skills and imagination.

Children can draw different characters on Guzmo using water-soluble pens, obviously without toxin. If they want to make a new one, you can easily wash it.

Fruit of Care, eine non-profit Firma arbeitet mit behinderten Menschen. Ich habe für diese Firma eine Guzmo genannte Puppe entworfen, um bei den Kindern zeichnerische Fähigkeiten und Phantasie entwickeln zu können. Die Kinder können verschiedene Charaktere mit wasserlöslichen Stiften (ohne Toxin) auf die Puppe zeichnen. Wenn sie einen neuen Charakter machen möchten, können Sie den vorigen problemlos abwaschen.

Az első karektert a sérültek állítják elő és nevezik el, ezálatal a személyeskapcsolat teremtődik a gyermek és műhelydolgozója között.

The first character has been drawn and named by the manufacturer and so the child gets the doll and the game can start. With this gesture it is possible to establish a personal interaction between the disabled and the healthy people.

Csomogalást egy táskát formál, amely rajzeszközökkel záródik, így alakul ki a fogása a táskának.

A szövészerűen kinéző záródása utal a cég kézműves profiljára. Amikor kinyitja a gyerek a csomagolást a kis figura ölelésre tárja a karjait, mintha megörülne az új barátjának. Elképzéshez tartozik egy honlap is, ahova a szülők feltölthetik fényképeket hogy a milyeneket -hányévesen, milyen nevű figurákat- készített a kis lurkójuk.

The package can be used as bag.

The closing part of the bag is solved with the pens, looking like woven, also implying the company’s craft profile. If you open it, the doll unfold its arms as if it wanted to hug you.

Der erste Charakter ist von dem Hersteller gezeichnet und benannt, damit kann das Kind das Spiel beginnen.

Auf diese Weise könnte es eine persönliche Interaktion zwischen dem behinderten und dem gesunden Menschen herstellen.

Das Paket kann als Tasche verwendet werden. Das Aufmachen und Zumachen der Tasche geschieht mit Hilfe der Stifte, so sieht es aus, als wäre sie gewebt. Damit konnte ich auf das Unternehmen Handwerk Bodenprofil hinweisen. Wenn die Kinder die Tasche öffnen, entfaltet die Puppe die Arme.

Bug Lamp

Célom egy olyan lámpacsalád megalkotása volt amelyet rendszerben mozgatva eltérő funkciójú világítótestekként működhetnek. Lehet falilámpa, mennyezeti lámpa, központi világítás valamint direktfényű olvasólámpa is. De akár mint flexibilis térelválasztóelemnek is megfelelő a rendszer.

A lámpatestek mint mozgó csigák gördülhetnek fel és alá a vezetéken és bármilyen pozícióba beállítható az ellensúly és vezeték és a csigák közti surlódás miatt.

My main target at conceptualizing the lamp product line was a jointly moving system, that is lamps with different functions. A lamp can be a divider, a wall-lamp, a ceiling lamp or a reading lamp. The lamp moving on the wire is like a movable pulley on rope. It can be adjustable in any position, because of the counterweight and friction.

2 Das Konzept der LampenProduktlinie war ein gemeinsam bewegtes System zu entwerfen, wodurch die Lampen in unterschiedlichen Variationen vorkommen. Eine Lampe kann Trennwand, Wandleuchte, Deckenlampe oder Leselicht sein. Die Lampen bewegen sich auf den Stromleitungen, wie bewegliche Riemenscheiben am Seil. Es ist in jeder Position wegen Gegengewicht und Reibung einstellbar.

The different types of systems are compatible, for this reason the number of variations of the arrangement and the operation/function could be endless. It also depends on the number of elements and function.

Da die verschiedenen Systemtypen miteinander kompatibel sind, könnte die Zahl der Variationen der Einrichtung und des Betriebes endlos sein. Es hängt auch von der Zahl der Elementen und der Funktion ab.

Mosquito Vascular Pliers

A műtéti beavatkozásoknál rendkívül fontos a hatékonyság és gyorsaság, viszont az érfogók rögzítésének oldása nehézkes, ezért erre adok egy másik megoldás. Fontos szempont volt, hogy állítható legyen a szorítás mértéke, mert súlyos károkat lehet okozni ezekkel az eszközökkel. A korábbi mechanizmuson azzal változtattam, hogy megfordítottam működését és ezáltal állandó szorítást biztosít. A szorítás erőssége a mutató hüvelykujj közelébe elhelyezett gombbal szabályozható.

The efficency and the speed are one of the most important thing in surgery, but it is hard work to open the vascular pliers. For this reason I design a new mechanism. Relevant for vascular pliers that the pliers with right strength press the vena, because it can impair the vascular. For this reason at the middle there is a button to posit it.

UTBW Exhibition Stand

for Umwelttechnik Baden-Wüttenberg At Studio für Kommunikation Tatsache 2013

Umwelttechnik Baden-Wüttenberg kérésére egy vándorkiállítás első elemei készültek el, amely a termékek előállításának a környezetkímélőbb és költséghatékonyabb lehetőségeit mutatja be, jelen esetben a Bessey cég pillanatszorítójának előállítási ábrájával. A rendszer alap esettben a legkárosabb eredményeket mutatja, viszont a rendszerbe más elemek (más energiaforrás, szűrőberendezés, maradék anyag visszaforgatása, etc.) kicserélése esetén a kimutatások és az eredmények merőbben kedvezőbb eredményeket mutatnak. Erre a szolgálnak a fa táblák, amelyek egy-egy változtatási lehetőségre szolgálnak a rendszerben. Az első displayen az érzékelő felületre helyezve az adott eljárást részletezik, a másodikon a fenti rendszerbe ábrába illesztve a rendszerben való változást jeleníti meg, az utolsó kijelző pedig az eredményt magyarázza el.

Diese Elementen der Wanderausstellung wurden für Umwelttechnik Baden-Wüttenberg hergestellt. Als Ziel wurde gesetzt um die umweltfreundlichere und kostengünstigere Möglichkeiten zur Herstellung des Produkts vermitteln und dazu wurde die Herstellungsprozess des F-Klemmers von Bessey verwendet.

Normalerweise zeigt das System das schlimmste Ergebnis, aber der Benutzer es modifizieren, wenn er die Holzplatten Elementen in dem Prozessschaubild platzieren.

Die Holzplatten repäsentieren Energiesparmethoden , Filtereinrichtung oder Rückstandsverwertung etc. Wenn man eine Holzplatte auf dem ersten Sensor legt, der erste Bildschirm zeigt Informationen über das Verfahren.

Wenn in dem Prozessschaubild Elementen ersetzen, dann an dem zweiten Display wird die Änderungen des System sichtbar gemacht werden, und der dritte Bildschirm erklärt die Bedeutung der Ergebnisse.

These traveling exhibition elements has been made for Umwelttechnik of BadenW端ttenberg represents the more environmentally friendly and more cost-effective opportunities to producing of product. In these case has been showed the producing line of Bessey F-clamp.

MEDS-Meet Design Students - Ljubljana Brigitta Nachmann - Co-tutor Stefania Badila - Participant Alexadrv Ologeanu - Participant 2012 Ez az interaktív installáció három érzékszervünkre hat egyszerre, a látvány és a tapintás útján kialakult első benyomásunkat megváltoztathatja a hang hatása. Ezen a koncepción alapul ez a tárgycsoport, mely legfőképpen a hallásérzékelést és a zene építő hatását kihasználva, közösségi teret alakít ki.

Ezen a helyen az járókelők összegyűlhetnek és közösen létrehozhatják Ljubjana hangját/zenéjét. Az egységekből felépülő alkotás részei mozgathatóak, egymásra építhetőek, így tetszőleges teret alakíthatunk ki belőlük. Az elemek egyenként hangszerként működnek, melyek mindegyike 6féle hangot képes kiadni (a kocka 6 oldalának köszönhetően). Használható egy, vagy több összefüggő falba építve, vagy egyenként ülőbútorként, amin ülve mindenki a saját szék-hangszerén jam-elhet. A mozgathatóságának köszönhetően egy összefüggő építménnyé alakítható így ha éppen nem használják, nem foglal, helyet és a közösségi tér egy díszívé vállt, valamint bármely Ljubjanai köztéren elhelyezhető. A workshop alkalmával a résztvevők tervezték meg a kocka oldalainak felületét, textúráját, anyagát.

Az elemek 6 oldalát, 6 különböző felülettel ellátva, 6 eltérő hangzást kapunk.

A kockák belseje üreges így felerősíti a rajta lejátszott hangot. A workshop alkalmával a résztvevők tervezték meg a kocka oldalainak felületét, textúráját, anyagát. Melyek készülhetnek fából (rudak, lécek ütésével, faragott textúrák kopogtatásával), fémből (huzalok pengetésével, lapok rezgésével, egymáshoz ütődésével), vékony textúrával ellátott beton lapból, műanyag lapból (membránszerű működéssel, lapok egymáshoz ütődésével)… stb. Ezeket a felületeket, úgy alakíttották ki a résztvevők, hogy látványuk és tapintásuk utaljon a lejátszandó hangra, vagy szinesztéziát kialakítva ellentétpárokat alkossanak.

TThis interactive installation affects all at once to our 3 senses, the effect of the sound changes the first impression on the way of view and touch.

This object group is based on this conception which takes advantages of hearing and the music’s cuntructive effects to make a social space. People can produce the music/sound of Ljubjana at this place. The units of this creation are moveable, consecutive so we can make a wide variety of space. The element is an instrument which can produce 6 different sounds/ noises because the 6 sides of a cube it. Can be used standalone or built-in a wall or one by one to a furniture for sitting and each person can play on his/her temporarily owned furniture. Owing to mobility it can be formed to a related construction, so if noone will use them, these can serve the sight of Ljubjana to every public space. At the time of this workshop, the participators will form/design the cubes’ surfaces, textures and materials.

Diese interaktive Installation wirkt auf unsere 3 Sinne, das Anhören und der erste Eindruck des Ansehens und die Berührung. Die Konzeption dieser Objektgruppe beruht auf dem Zusammenhalt der Musik und man kann Ljubjanas Stimmen produzieren/musizieren.

Die Installationselemente sind sowohl Stadtmöbel als auch Instrumente, wegen dieser Funktion musste die Beweglichkeit der Möbel gelassen werden, damit die Benutzer freie eigene Einrichtung machen können.

Jede Würfeloberfläche bekommt eine andere Textur, die die Stadt darstellt.

Mit dieser Konzeption haben wir die Rolle als Tutor gewonnen.

Wie wir ausgedacht haben, haben wir mit den anderen Teilnehmern zusammen die Möbel entworfen, damit es genauso ihr eigenes Projekt wird, und sie fühlen sich nicht nur als Bauarbeiter dabei.

A gyümölcstermelők legfőbb problémája, hogy nem tudják felvenni a versenyt az olcsó importált gyümölcsökkel. Ez a rendszer segít növelni kistermelői értéket, és egyszerre munkalehetőséget is teremt a térségben. A gyártó kifizeti a (helyi) napszámosokat, akik gondozzák, szüretelik a gyümölcsöt, ezért cserébe a gazda a termés felével fizet. A fennmaradó részt pedig versenyképes áron el tudja adni, mivel a termelés költségét megspórolta.

The main problem for the farmers is that they cannot compete with the cheap imported fruit. This system helps reduce the manufacturing costs We set up a new company for different fruit products (eg fruit tea, jam, liquor, etc.) We pay the day-labourer for the farmers to plant the trees, in return for half of the harvest.

Das Hauptproblem für die Bauern ist, dass sie mit den niedrigen Preisen der Importfrüchte gar nicht konkurrieren können. Das entworfene System hilft die Herstellungskosten reduzieren.

Wir gründen ein neues Unternehmen für verschiedene Fruchtprodukte (z.B. Früchtetee, Marmelade, Schnaps, usw.) Wir bezahlen die Kuliarbeiter für die Bauern die Bäume zu pflanzen, als Gegenleistung für die Hälfte der Ernte. Den anderen Teil können die Bauern verwerten.

Man kann die einzelnen Filterstücke an der Perforation trennen. Nachdem man eine Tasse Tee getrunken hat, kann man den Rest von der Flüssigkeit mit der Verpackung ausdrücken. Man kann einfach den Filter wieder in die Verpackung zurückziehen, so kann man das Problem der gebrauchten Teefilter vermeiden. Die Natürlichkeit ist die Hauptkommunikationslinie in der Grafik, weil jedes Stück dieser Verpackung eine Funktion hat, auf dieser Weise gibt es gar keinen überflüssigen Müll.

Hilfe designen - für totale armut in Ungarn Segítséget tervezni - a magyarországi mélyszegénségnek A designra mindig is mint egy eszköz tekintettem, lehetőségként a jobbá tételre. Ehhez viszont tovább kell tekinteni a klasszikus értelemben vett product, social, sevice vagy information designon. Ezeknek az ötvözete az ami született, mivel a hangsúly nem csak a végeredményként tervezett platformon van, hanem a sokkal inkább a tervezési folyamat és azon keresztül felkutatott probléma körök és azok kapcsolatán alapszik. Ezért is választottam a címnek “Hilfe designen” nevet.

In my opinion design is an opportunity to make the world better. For this reason I was always interested in social design, but I had to realize it was never enough for me, because the issues and the solutions was almost never deep. (Just grab a tiny slice of the “cake”). Therefore I had to expand the idea of design, focusing better on context and relations of the system. During the work I tried to represent each level of the issue “Poverty in Hungary”. That’s why I named my thesis “Hilfe designen”. With that I wanted to make clear that the process of development is at least as important as the final product.

Für mich ist Design eine Möglichkeit die Welt etwas verbessern zu können. Ich habe mich immer für Social Design interessiert, aber viele Produkte waren in diesem Bereich nicht ausreichend tief für mich, deshalb musste ich der Design als Begriff erweitern. Ohne das ganze System können wir nur einen kleinen Teil der Probleme betrachten. Um ein klares Bild zu schaffen, versuche ich in jede Ebene des Problems Einblicke zu geben. Deswegen habe ich als Titel „Hilfe designen“ gewählt.

Damit möchte ich deutlich machen, dass der Prozess der Entwicklung mindestens so wichtig ist, wie das Endprodukt.

Strategy 056 Although I made my master thesis in Germany at Pforzheim University, I was so lucky,that I could choose the topic “poverty in Hungary”. It was important to me, to get a realistic, and subjective picture about the issue. As volunteer I met with the everyday problem of the poverty and observe the system of BAGázs NGO. These experiences help me to familiarize myself with the issue and to understand the problems. During the whole process I got different feedbacks from experts on the subject. At this point I would like to thank them.The discussions and the interviews with the stakeholders, NGO leaders, members, NGO federation leaders and workers of social development organizations helped to present a clear picture of the situation of poverty. The statistics and case studies of social research institutes, and the international and hungarian regulations have contributed to handel all information in a system. This diagram helps you to understand tha main correlation.

Obwohl ich an der Hochschule Pforzheim meine Thesisarbeit geschrieben habe, konnte ich mir besonders nahe Thema wählen, die totale Armut in Ungarn. Als Volontärin beim BAGázs erlebt habe, sind nicht nur Unterstützung für die Tatsachen, Fakten und Probleme der Armut, sondern bringen uns auf alltägliche Ebenen. Diese Erfahrungen haben mir sehr geholfen, mich in das Thema einzuarbeiten und die Probleme zu verstehen.

Während des ganzen Prozesses habe ich verschiedene Feedbacks von Experten zu dem Thema bekommen. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich ihnen bedanken. Ich habe mit Beteiligten, mit NRO Leitern, Mitgliedern, NRO Verbandsleitern und Arbeitern von sozialen Entwicklungsorganisationen Gespräche und Interviews geführt, um ein klares Bild über die Situation der Armut in Ungarn darstellen zu können.

Ich wollte mich nicht bloß aus Statistiken und Literatur informieren, da es irreführend sein kann. Dieses Schaubildstellt die wichtigste Zusammenhänge dar.

A diploma munkámat ugyan a németországi Hochschule Pforzheim-n írtam, mégis lehetőséget kaptam a számomra fontos kérdés körhöz hozzányúlni, mégpedig a hazai mélyszegénység helyzetével foglalkoztam. Kutatásaim folyamán fontos volt számomra a probléma sokoldalú megközelítése. Ehhez sok segítséget nyújtott, hogy magam is önkéntesként dolgoztam a BAGázs nevű civil szervezetnél, ahol mind az érintettekkel épült ki személyes kapcsolatom, mind megismertem a civil szervezet működését és annak problematikáját.

Ahhoz viszont, hogy teljes egy képpé állhasson össze társadalmi kutató intézetek kimutatásait kellett tanulmányoznom. A legfontosabb tanulság az alábbi ábrába sűríthető.

Strategy 058 A szakadék egyértelmű, de a probléma áthidalása már kevésbé. Egy hosszú és rögös út vezet a probléma feloldásához, amelyhez a kulcs a megfelelő információ áramlás és együtt működés az érintettek a civil szervezetek és a közigazgatási szervek között. A civil szervezetek azok akik valós információkkal rendelkeznek a mélyszegénységről. Ezért is készült olyan EU-s rendelkezés melyben a civil szervezetek részvételét sürgeti a törvényhozási folyamatban. Erre viszont a hazai civil szervezetek még nincsenek felkészülve. Mind szervezetileg, mind szerkezetileg kell megerősödniük, ahhoz hogy hasznos részeként segítsék a helyzet országos szintű javítását.

(Hiszen a civil szervezetek helyenkénti megjelenése és munkája nem csak hatalmas összegeket emészt fel, hanem csak az adott település helyzetén tud csak javítani.)

Ahhoz, hogy egy civil szervezet megerősödhessen, elsősorban a fennmaradásukért folytatott folyamatos harcot kell enyhíteni, így több energiát fektethetnek mind az érintettek bevonásába, mind a kooperáció megteremtésében más civil szervezettekkel és állami szervekkel. Mindezeken felül viszont fontos szerepük van a szervezeteknek abban, hogy egy befogadóbb társadalmat alakítsunk ki.

A koncepció nem csak az információ áramlást segíti az érintettek, a civil szervezetek, a közigazgatás és a társadalom között, hanem segít a civil szervezeteknek abban, hogy egy stabilabb és rendszerezetebb működést alakíthassanak ki.

KERET-nek neveztem el azt a platformot, amely felhalmozza és rendszerezi a fejlődéshez elengedhetetlen információ halmazokat. A keret négy sarka az érintett feleket jelképez: a szegénységben élőket, a velük foglalkozó civil szervezeteket, az államot és a társadalmat.

Az integráció sikeressége ezeknek az összefogásán múlik. Ezért platform keretet biztosít az információ áramlásnak és a közös munkának.

The Inhibition of poverty is understandable. Information defence and minimal cooperation between stakeholders, NGOs, government and society cause the most of the problems.

The information flow is the one of the first steps to solve such social phenomena, and it is necessary to open a new ways of the communications channel. The nongovernmental organizations hold the key to the solutions in their hand. but the organizations an not live with the possibility. It has many reason. On one hand, the civil organizations have to fight every day for survival. On the other hand, the NGOs without their collaboration and reinforcement haven’t got enough power and effect to fill the gaps in state administration.

These things takes to much time from the real work. The problem of poverty require solution, which need a collaboration between the government, NGOs, stakeholders and society. For this reason the goal of my concept become: provide the opportunity to support the information flow at the most essential points.

I named my conception as KERET, it has in Hungarian the meaning: frame.

(The frame is the platform and the content is the healing information.)The edges of the frame symbolize the four stakeholders of the social problem: poverty, society, civil organizations and the state administration. The success of integration depends on their cooperation. The KERET platform provides the frame of flow and cooperation

Die Hemmung der Armut ist aus den Fakten nachvollziehbar. Eine Menge davon, sind der Informationen und Kooperationen zwischen Betroffenen, NROs, Verwaltung und Gesellschaft zu entnehmen. Um den Weg zur Chancengleichheit begehen können, müssen die Informationsflusskanäle geöffnet werden. Information und Aufklärung sind die Medikamente/Lösungen solcher gesellschaftlichen Phänomene, um die Probleme der Armut heilen zu können. Die Nichtregierungsorganisationen halten den Schlüssel für die Lösungen in ihrer Hand. Trotzdem können die Organisationen mit der Möglichkeit nicht leben. Es hat viele Hintergründe. Einerseits müssen die Zivilorganisationen täglich um das Überleben kämpfen, andererseits können die NROs ohne Verbindung und Verstärkung keine ausreichende Wirkung haben, um die staatlichen Verwaltungslücken auszufüllen.

Dieser Kämpft raubt viel Zeit und Arbeit für die Betroffenen, von der professionellen/ eigentlichen Arbeit, und von dem gesellschaftlichen Auftritt. Das Problem der Armut muss mit dem Zusammenschluss der Verwaltung, der NROs, der Betroffenen und der Gesellschaft gelöst werden. Der KERET Konzeptansatz bietet die Möglichkeit, an den notwendigsten Stellen, den Informationsfluss zu unterstützen.

KERET hat auf ungarisch die Bedeutung: Rahmen. Der Rahmen ist die Plattform und der Inhalt ist die heilende Information. Der Rahmen besteht aus den vier Stakeholder des gesellschaftlichen Problems: Armut, Gesellschaft, Zivilorganisationen und die staatliche Verwaltung. Der Erfolg für die Integration hängt von ihrer Zusammenarbeit ab. Die KERET Plattform sichert den Rahmen der Strömung und Zusammenarbeit.

Egy back-end oldalon keresztül, a szervezetek mint egy társasjáték lépésein tudnak végigmenni a stabilitásukhoz és a fejlődésükhöz elengedhetetlen szakaszokon. Ezen keresztül megalkotják a szervezet stratégiai, operatív és taktikai menedzsmentet, forrás teremtési tervét, üzleti tervét, kommunikációs és PR tervét, marketing tervét és humánerőforrásmenedzsmentet. Tehát a korábban bizonytalan jövőkép helyett, egy könnyen behatározható, lépésekre lebontott ütemtervet kap készhez a szervezet. Ezáltal a szervezet működése rendeződik és rendszerbe köti mindennapi működésüket, és az addig korábban elérhetetlennek hitt álmok célokká formálódhatnak át. Így lehető válik az, hogy a szervezetek több energiát fordíthassanak mind az egymással való kooperatív működésnek és a közös érdek képviseletnek valamit, a törvényhozási folyamatban is erőteljesebben tudják képviselni az érintetettek érdekeit. De nem csak ez segíti a civil szervezetek és a közigazgatási szervek együttműködését. A szervezet fejlesztése nagy mennyiségű, strukturált anyagok gyűlnek fel a rendszerben nem csak a civilek működéséről, hanem az szegénység valós helyzetéről és NOamely eddig NGO mélységéről, elérthetetlen volt. Ezek az információk létfontosságúak a probléma hosszútávú feloldásához amely tömeges mértékben csakis közigazgatási úton érhető el. Így a back-end felületen keresztül felgyülemlet információk mind az Európai Unió megfelelő szerveinek mind az állam szerveinek rendelkezésre lesz bocsájtva egy front-end felületen keresztül. A kutatásokból kiderült, hogy a NGO társadalom megfelelő tájékoztatása is szükséges a valós sikerhez, melynek a célja a befogadó társadalom érzékenyítése. Egy másik front-end NGO oldalon az állampolgárokNGO nem csak egy képet kapnak a szegénység kiláthatatlanná vált helyzetéről, hanem a civil szervezetek munkája is átláthatóvá válik számukra.

I designed a platform which offers opportunities to reduce the problems of NGOs. On this back side the NGOs get an toolkit how do they can develop themself and increase efficiency. The organization’s members can develop easily a strategic, operational and tactical management plan, fundraising plan, financial plan, communication / PR plan, marketing plan, and HR plan. With these plans the NGOs became stronger and these provides a systematic operation.

Therefore the NGOs would be able to spend more time on their advocacy of integration.

The development process pile-up highly valuable dates for the EU and the government. (the information, data and knowledge of NGOs about poverty, and himself). For this reason the relevant governmental an EU institutes gets information packages.

With that could be supported the legislation process. (Another backend side is responsible for this function.)

The summary of these information would be published on public frontend side, to achieve and inform the society. On these site the user can get information about the situation of poverty and about NGOs, and there is opportunity to find the best way to support their work..

Die entwickelten Plattformen bieten Möglichkeiten an, die Probleme der NROs vermindern zu können. Auf der Backendseite bekommen die NROs eine Gliederung wie sie sich entwickeln und eine Effizienzsteigerung können. Die Organisationsmitglieder entwickeln gemeinsam einen strategischen, operativen und taktischen Managementplan, Fundraisingplan, Finanzplan, Kommunikation/ PR Plan, Marketingplan und Personalmanagement. Damit können sie sich stärken, um eine weitere Fortpflanzung/Entwicklung erreichen und in eine Kooperation treten oder in der Bürgerbeteiligung beim Entscheidungsprozess erfolgreich und wirksam teil nehmen können. Für den Staat und die Europäische Union sind die Informationen, Angaben und Kenntnisse der NROs, die sie über sich selbst und über die Armut liefern, äußerst wertvoll.

Aus diesem Grund bekommt diesen Teil der Informationen das entsprechende Staatsorgan, damit die Bürgerbeteiligung im Entscheidungsprozess (auf eine neue Ebene) erhöht werden kann. Für diesen Teil ist eine andere Backendseite verantwortlich. Die ganze Informationsmenge, die während des Entwicklungsprozesses entsteht, wird auf einer öffentlichen Frontendseite verwendet, um die Bevölkerung zu erreichen. Damit wird nicht nur ein klares, strukturiertes Bild für die Besucher dargestellt, sondern auch ein Vergleich der NROs damit sie besser unterstützt werden können.

Ahogy a rövid koncepció leírásából is látszik, hogy a tervezett platform több ponton is próbál hozzájárulni a társadalmi probléma feloldásán. A platform és a rendszer a diploma keretein belül csak kezdetleges fázisig tudott eljutni, és ahhoz hogy egy ilyen komplex és bonyolult rendszer felépülhessen hosszú évekbe tellene szakértők csoportjának is. Viszont úgy gondolom, hogy a kitalált rendszer nem csak a mélyszegénységben élőknek nyújthatna segítséget, hanem minden fiatal civil szervezet könnyedén felhasználhatná, nem csak az országon belül hanem akár az egész EU-ban.

A célom a nem egy végeredmény megalkotása volt, hanem a diploma munkámon keresztül a design újraértelmezése és újrapozicionálása.

The conception tries to support many problems of the Integration. The system and methods are only in development phase. Reaization of such a complex stucture could take years for experten in different areas. In the frame of the thesis it was impossible the realisation. My goal was to represent the design process and do not keep the focus on the end result.

In my oponion an system like KERET would be able to support not only hungarian NGOs (which fighting againgt poverty), but also other rudimentary civil organizations.

The design approach could be implemented not only in Hungary but also be further developed across the EU.

Mit diesem Systemansatz kann ich an vielen Punkten den „Armut-Verminderung“ Prozess unterstützten. Das System und die Methoden sind nur in der Entwicklungsphase. Um eine solch komplexe Struktur aufbauen zu können, braucht man jahrelange Unterstützung von einer menge Experten in verschiedenen ThemenBereichen. Die Thesis bietet nicht die Möglichkeit es in der Praxis realisierbar zu machen. Mein Ziel war die Reise in den Design-Prozess darzustellen, und den Fokus nicht auf das Endresultat zu halten. KERET ist nicht nur ein Hoffnungsschimmer der die gegen die Armut kämpfenden NROs, sondern auch andere rudimentäre Zivilorganisationen unterstützt. Der Konzeptionsansatz könnte nicht nur in Ungarn realisierbar sein, sondern auch in der ganzen EU weiterentwickelt werden.

Ez a feladat számomra egyaránt kikapcsolódás és kihívás.

Számomra jelen esetben nem a tökéletes natura volt a cél, hanem, hogy beleláthassak a festés világába. Miként használjam a festéket mint textúrát, valamint színeket a megfelelő forma, térhatás érzet kiváltásához.

This task was for me both a challenge and relaxation. To paint a realistic representation was not my aim. The main thing for me was to find out the colors and the use of paints.

Diese Aufgabe war für mich sowohl eine Herausforderung als auch Entspannung. Eine realistische Darstellung zu malen war nicht mein Ziel. Das Wichtigste für mich war, die Farben und die Awendung der Farbstoffe zu erfahren.

A korábban készített krokikból felépítve kezdtem egy szobrot készíteni. Ez idő alatt mintáztam kontraposztot is, hogy tanulmányozni tudjam az emberi test csavarodó mozgását és, hogy megérthessem mégis hogyan oszlanak el a testsúlyok. Választásom azért erre a pózra esett, mert itt az egyik legkomplexebb mozdulat. A végleges szobrot bronzból készítem majd el.

Out of my sketches I made a 3D sculpture I chose the kontraposzt movement, because it is really hard to understand how twist the body.

For this reason I made some clay sculptures to study this position. I want to finish this project and make one sculpture from bronze or conrete. That is now under construction.

Von meinen BewegungsSkitzen habe ich 3D Skulpturen entworfen. Während dieser Aufgabe habe ich genauso eine Klee Figur in Contra Posto Bewegung geformt, damit ich die Verdrehung des Körpers verstehen kann. Ich möchte dieses Projekt mit einer Bronze oder Beton Skulptur beenden.

Das ist jetzt im Bau.
