In Mr. Kropf’s absence and at the request of the Board, Ms. Arthur called the meeting to order at 12:36 p.m. II.

Board Members Present: Joe Brown, Kim Thatcher, and Becky Badger (via phone); Board Members Absent: Jeff Kropf, and Bobbie Jaeger; Guests Present: Allison Galvin, Executive Director, (in person at the meeting location, which was open to the public); Todd Schweitzer, Laura Dillon, John Meyer, and Mary Ellen Mansfield, School Staff; Zeke Rash, Emily Lee, Megann Arthur, Megan Holston, Gary Corkran, and Jarrod Hogue, Pearson Online and Blended Learning (POBL) staff (via phone). Review and Acceptance of the 2018-2019 School Year Financial Audit Report
Ms. Holston presented this item to the Board. She discussed the audit field work completed, as well as the audit firm representation draft letter and report, as included in the Board materials. She highlighted key aspects of the report, and advised that the report was the best result the school can achieve. Ms. Holston also made the Board aware that there were no audit findings. There being no further discussion, a motion was made and seconded as follows: RESOLVED, that the 2018-2019 School Year Financial Audit Report, is hereby accepted. The motion passed unanimously. V.
