Salad
Boil a pot of water, then turn off the heat
Add rice noodles to the pot, or pour the boiling hot water over the noodles in a wide bowl, covering them completely

Toss beef skewers in Togarashi
seasoning and oil lightly with olive oil.
Cook on hot grill until cooked to 135F
Place skewers in hotel pan and deliver to Sysco booth on show floor.
Toss all vegetables with cooked and chilled rice noodles.
Mix it up 1 part rice noodles to 2 parts sliced vegetables.
Dress with Sysco Imperial Toasted Sesame
Dressing and send in a bowl or hotel pan to the Sysco booth.
