Originating in Amritsar, a northern city in India, the dish known as butter chicken has a rich history. Chefs in this region created chicken tikka, a classic Punjabi dish, but with a twist: they added heavy amounts of butter both as a key ingredient and a garnish.

This resulted in the delectable dish we now know & love as butter chicken.

For me, a Panini is an elevated grill cheese. It just has more in it and can command a higher selling price. This is a favourite of mine as it is simple to execute, but is packed with full of flavour.

A fusion handheld that can be served cold or pan fried to warm served alongside a cozy soup. Grab some tasty veggies and shrimp or keep it vegan and wrap up in rice paper. Pan frying will give it a nice crunch but this can be a great cold which is great for your grab and go section. Pairs well with a butternut squash soup that has been mixed with coconut milk and garnish with cilantro!
