The environment reduces stress on cattle with little intervention possible and the diet of nutrient-rich grass produces natural marbling and gives a fine, delicate texture.

COMPARED TO GRAIN-FED, GRASS-FED IS: Naturally leaner, with less saturated fat and fewer calories.

Higher in omega-3 fatty acids and has a healthier omega-3 to omega 6 ratio.
