A: Yes, this product comes to you fresh with 14+ days, these products are cut from previous frozen whole sub primal to help align the best pricing available in the markets.

Q: Can I commit and draw the whole Striploins?

A: Although we want to ensure all commitments, we have limited supply and do require our customers to purchase and take delivery of the quantity they require

Q: Can I count on quality of the whole Striploins?

A: We do have 3 grades to choose from but limited supply. These striploins were fully aged before freezing and as with all our Butcher Block beef products do, have our Sysco Quality Assurance Guarantee.

Q: How many Top Sirloin cap steaks will I receive per case?

A: There are approximately 6-8 caps steaks per case of 24.

Q: Will the pricing of these steaks fluctuate all summer long?

A: No Sysco has aligned to have the ability to lock in your steak price while supplies last.

Q: Could I freeze these steaks if I must?

A: Yes you can freeze them if they have not reached their best before date.

Q: Will the steaks be a stocked item?

A: Yes, this year all these steaks will be a stocked item for ease of ordering, while supplies last.
