Orange Curry Sauce

• 1 oz. orange juice

• 1 tsp. cilantro

• ¼ tsp. ginger

• ½ tsp. garlic

• ½ tsp. Thai red curry paste

• 2 oz. coconut milk

Combine molasses, soy sauce and Thai red curry paste. Add Butcher’s Block Reserve Pork Tenderloin and toss well to coat. Refrigerate up to 4 hours.

To make Orange Curry Sauce – Combine orange juice, cilantro, ginger, garlic, Thai red curry paste and coconut milk over medium heat and reduce until slightly thickened.

In large skillet over medium-high heat, sear pork until brown on all sides.

Transfer to oven and roast until cooked through and slightly pink inside. (Cook to an internal temperature of 1600F).

Cut pork into slices, drizzle with curry sauce and serve with steamed jasmine rice and sugar snap peas.
