As we celebrate 10 years of impact, it is my great honor, on behalf of the Board of Directors, to reflect on this powerful milestone in our journey.

The Synergy Network, formerly known as Synergy Camp, Inc., began with a bold vision: to Inspire, Inform, and Innovate young minds through a dynamic blend of music, mentorship, and community. Over the past decade, more than 500 students have walked through our doors, and emerged with confidence, creativity, and a clearer sense of purpose.

What started as a summer camp has become a national model for arts-based education and leadership development. Through immersive percussion training, real-world access to music industry professionals, and a focus on personal growth, Synergy has proven that when young people are equipped with the right tools and support, they can truly thrive.

To mark this momentous occasion, we are proud to launch the Synergy Decade Campaign, a $1 million initiative to expand our reach and ensure that our programs continue to uplift, empower, and transform the lives of future generations.

Your contribution fuels more than music, it creates access, opportunity, and a legacy of excellence in the arts. Together, we’ve built something extraordinary. With your continued belief and support, the best is yet to come.

Each donation helps us to purchase necessary supplies, and tools to provide the best opportunities and learning environments for students.

Education

Through outside funding, we are able to engage the best teachers and clinicians from around the world to teach and provide educational services and lessons to students in Synergy programs.

Events

With access to each donation, Synergy is able to host multiple events throughout the year ranging from our Percussion Festival to the CHOPPED! Drumline Competition & Exhibition and MORE!

Community

With generous donations, we are able to give back to the community through engagement, outreach, and various services that help to enrich students lives, personal development, and safety.
