Being the Board Chair of Synergy Camp, Inc., an organization I have been connected with since its founding, is a tremendous honor. I want to express my gratitude to our staff, clinicians, and, of course, our fearless leader Mr. Ray Quasi Nelson for his commitment and ingenuity in continuing to reach out to students during one of the most trying periods of the global pandemic. Many people experienced difficulty as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic's devastation of the world. It goes without saying that our team is ecstatic to see kids again in person, and I am certain your pupils are pleased to be here as well. As the premier percussion and music industry nonprofit organization in Palm Beach County, Synergy is invested in providing the best opportunities possible for our students in the community. Synergy helps create brighter futures for the children by giving them access to established music industry professionals and entrepreneurs who share experiences and fundamental information on what it takes to become successful in the music industry. We see changes every day in the bright smiles of our students as they master new skills. We are aware that these successes not only help attendees in their professions but also last a lifetime. As I close, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you who has supported Synergy Camp, Inc., in whatever ways you have done so. Our funders and donors are so important and appreciated, as are our staff team and guests artist/clinicians, collaborators, and of course our incredible community partners. I also want to extend the deepest appreciation and respect to each of you who has joined our programming as a participant. Your presence, wisdom, and creative contributions constitute the core of Synergy Camp, Inc., support our mission, and regularly open our eyes to new perspectives on our common reality and the futures we envision.

Schedule At-A-Glance 6:00 PM Insight to Incite Synergy’s key component is to serve as a networking hub for musicians, educators, industry leaders and professionals, with a platform to educate students of the arts and provide the necessary resources to be successful. The Insight to Incite conversation will highlight shared experiences, insightful tips, and strategies made up of many industry elements that chart a successful course. Golden Beats Beat Battle A producer competition featuring South Florida’s most talented producers. 7:30 PM Synergy Network Showcase The Synergy Network Conference finale presentation featuring conference attendees and clinicians.

Resources Each donation helps us to purchase necessary supplies, and tools to provide the best opportunities and learning environments for students. Education Through outside funding, we are able to engage the best teachers and clinicians from around the world to teach and provide educational services and lessons to students in Synergy programs. Events With access to each donation, Synergy is able to host multiple events throughout the year ranging from our Percussion Festival to the CHOPPED! Drumline Competition & Exhibition and MORE!
Community With generous donations, we are able to give back to the community through engagement, outreach, and various services that help to enrich students lives, personal development, and safety.
