Nov 17-19th, Taj West End, Bangalore
Advance Technologies, Global Diplomacy and National Security

Preamble
‘In the business of war, and of life, the endeavour is to find out what you don’t know by what you do; that’s what we infer as “Looking Beyond the Curve”.’
Despite the remarkable strides humankind has made, the uncertainty of the future (and what it may bring) is a common thread that binds us at every level of society – from leaders to laymen.
The Synergia Conclave 2023 attempts to bring some of the finest minds and experts the world over under one roof for three days with one objective – to look into the Future and tell us what they see.
Statesmen, policymakers, diplomats, scientists and security experts will all gather to crystal gaze and attempt to paint alternate futures in the critical domains of Geo-politics, Economy, Technology, Security and Health while establishing cross border linkages.
I am sanguine that at the end of the Conclave, powered by the rich exchange of ideas, views and insights, the years ahead will emerge with greater clarity and understanding.
It is this understanding which will then empower us to generate more durable and mutually beneficial strategies and policies at a National and Global level. The Future will then truly be ours!’’
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Sincerely
-Tobby Simon Founder & President

Synergia Conclave 2023
The Future of Nov 17 - 19th , Bangalore
Advance Technologies, Global Diplomacy and National Security
As we step into the third decade of the millennium, our future teeters on uncertainty. Rapidly melting Arctic ice, the looming threat of nuclear warfare, lethal pathogens outpacing our medical advancements, and heightened digital vulnerabilities paint a stark portrait of the challenges ahead. The future may seem uncertain, but together, we can face it.
What are the core challenges that governments and business establishments are grappling with? How can these organizations navigate systemic hurdles such as the complexities of global supply chains, the integration of Opportunities in the advent of quantum technologies, integration of AI and dealing with Future militiary conflicts currently seem impervious to resolution?
We are confident that we can.
The Synergia Conclave serves as a platform to draw together the most insightful ideas and solutions from around the globe. Unfolding over three dynamic days, the Conclave will host a broad spectrum of key contributors including esteemed statesmen, policymakers, security experts, technologists, scientists, academicians, and industry heads. By cultivating purposeful dialogue and displaying innovative, actionable ideas, the Synergia Conclave 2023 aims to inspire a forward-looking perspective on the future, one that is defined by active decision-making and initiative.
ABOUT SYNERGIA FOUNDATION
The SYNERGIA FOUNDATION is a strategic think tank that works with corporate executive boards and governments to provide deep insights on threats that affect both individuals and organisations. Utilizing real-time primary data, we engage in impartial, high-caliber research, and leverage our expansive global network to provide the most in-depth analysis and meaningful solutions.
Each year, the Foundation curates and executes over 50 private and public initiatives, such as conferences, workshops, and roundtable conversations. Synergia Insights, the foundation’s digital and print publication, provides unbiased analysis and assessment of both national and international affairs that affect our lives.
“We all know that it is neccessary for us, with cooperation and exchange experience to mask the challenges that are there in the field of cyber security. The (Synergia) Foundation has been doing very good work in getting the components together.”

“I am delighted to have been invited to the Synergia conference earlier this year. It was an initiative that paid off: the discussions were informative and lively and there was a genuine exchange of views. The future social and economic development of our countries depend heavily on an open and secure internet, and conferences like the Cyber 360° (Conclave 2015) are an essential way of sharing views on how to achieve the most from the internet that we have.”
“What Synergia is attempting is to integrate technology with the more mundane aspects of security (and) raise the level of the debate so that we can look into the distance; look ahead and see what we need to do. It is seldom that conferences achieve this dimension. This is perhaps one of the best such conferences that i have attended.”
“Cyber 360 was a remarkable conclave of policymakers, experts and thinkers on the issue of cyber security in the broader sense drawn from around the world. As an interactive exercise, it gave people who have devoted a lot of energy and thought to the challenges of cyber security an opportunity to exchange views and expertise on everything from the nature of the threat, to how to reduce vulnerabilities and how you recover and respond when there is an attack.”

“I must congratulate Synergia for organising Cyber 360. It was a very well attended conference. It had representatives at the very highest levels: ex-government, within government, within India and abroad. Very challenging issues have been discussed and I think that everybody has gone back with their knowledge vastly enhanced. It is one of the best conference I’ve ever attended on the field.”
“We’ve been able to interact with some top experts comming from all over the world, policy makers of very high standing and also people who have had a great deal of experience both in government and outside the government and in academia. Ithink such events are very important because, first of all, they help us understand the trends in cyber security and, secondly, they also lead to a very fruitful exchange of views because the challenges are so huge and such conferences generate ideas which are very important for policy makers.”
“Synergia conclave hosted experts from around the globe on contemporary security and other issues that resulted in new insights. It is one of the best and most inspiring conclaves I have attended globally. I look forward to attending the next one.”
