序 日本がこれから成長していくためには何が必要だろうか。

インバウンドは 2020 年に 4000 万人、2030 年には 6000 万人になることが目標とされ ていて、観光業が日本の成長のキッカケの一つの産業であるのは間違いない。

しかし、今までのその場しのぎのやり方では目標を達することはできないだろう。

故に、新しい観光のあり方を設定し、それに対して建築、特に商業建築が何をできるのか を考察した。

これは、そのプロトタイプの建築を実際の敷地、自然

れる中之島に最適化させ、これま

での商業建築のある種の均質性を打破する全く新しい建築のあり方の提示である。

What do Japan need to grow up as a most important country in the world.

The government in Japan aims to reach the number of inbound to 40 millions in 2020 and 60 millions in 2030.

It is no doubt yhe tourism is one of the trigger to grow up of Japan.

But, the conventional temporary way can not archieve the goal, so I set new espesially commercial construction,could do to this.

This is a brand new architectural proposal that Ioptimize the prototype of architecture to the real site , Nakanoshima,it has rich nature,and it explodes homogeneity of convetional commercial architectures.

・In stead of Japanese decreasing population, the mass in Asia uses the tourism influstructure constructed for Japanese the number of tourists 20 million people

宿 観光予算のうち宿泊費は約 25% である。 ホテルの価格に多様性がなく、安いホテルばかり だと、仮に富裕層がやって来ても落としてくれる

Accomndation accounts for almost 25% in the tourism budgest.

If wealth class come to Japan, they can’ t pay money enough.

In Japan,There is no diversity about the price of hotel and there are a lot of “cheap” hotels.

Therefore,luxury hotels that are not many in Japan are necessary. 文化観光から自然観光へ。 文化観光は単価が低く、拘束時間も短く、誘致で きる層が少ない。

日本に れる豊かな自然を観光に利用することで、 たくさんの人々に体験してもらい、滞在時間を伸 ばす。 From curtural tourism to natural tourism.

Curtural tourism is a low unit price and it ia short-duty time,and can’ t collect various people.

Natural tourism makes staying time longer.

04 商業空間の見直し

Improving commercial space

旅行先の買い物というのは人それぞれ様々であるが、商業施設は誰もが立ち寄ると言って も、過言ではないだろう。 しかし、現在つくられているモノは時代が変わったにもかかわらず、画一的なものが多く、 消費を促すために見直す必要がある。

It’ s not too much to say that all the people go to the commercial space though they buy various things at travel distination.

But, regardless of changing the time, the modern space is uniformity and needed to be improved to encourage consumption.

05 従来の百貨店

Conventional malls

従来の百貨店は、ひたすら店舗を並列させ、中央に空間把握のための吹き抜けが存在し、どのフロア も単一かつわかりやすい空間であった。 また、 public space的(オープンネス)な空間はほんの少しで利回りやレンタブル比などが最重要視され、 それがもっとも消費につながると考えられていた。

Regarding conventional mall ,the shop is lined up earnly,there is a void in the center to get the space and all the floor are uniformity.

And there are just alittle public spaces.Almost all peple has been thought rentable floor area ratio is most important thing.

06 脱百貨店

De “mall”

まず、画一的な空間の見直し。 中央の無駄に大きな吹き抜けは無くなり、適度な大きさの ガラスボックス をいくつか挿入し、その中に機能を入れたり、void をつくる。 それらのハードな建築的要素は人々の視線や動線を操作し、商業施設にとって必要な人々の探求心をくすぐりつつ、断面的連続をはかる。 またフロアは平面とスロープ状を組み合わせ、上層へ上がる経路も複数形成され、平面的・立体的つながりを生みつつ、探求心をくすぐる ことによる消費をその空間の複雑さでなす。public space は従来よりも大きめにとる。消費するつもりでなくても足を運んでもらい展望など の機能もつけ、上下に移動させる。その移動の中で、内側複雑な空間へ誘われ思わず消費する可能性をあげる。

First,improving uniformity space,” voids” make people complicated action.

Second, flat and slanting slub make people complicated action.

Last,these combination encourage people’ s consumption.

それぞれの店舗とそれ以外のオープンネスな部分との関係性を示している。 店舗はナイブだけに収まらずガイブにセンデン領域として自らのスペースを広げることにより人々の視線や動線を操作し、ア クティビティを誘発する。 通過空間と滞留空間を並列させたこのコンコースは多様な店舗・多様な空間と組み合わせることにより、商業空間として極め て有効に機能する。
