CAR WASH

The Car Wash is a glass booth available in several different configurations to wash vehicles. It has glass walls and a ceiling with PowerLight lights for perfect visibility during the final polishing and detailing phase.

The Car Wash allows technicians to wash vehicles inside the body shop without harming the painting process, in that it is a booth, there is no humidity and no water on the shop’s floor.

This allows vehicles to be washed inside the facility in a professional way.

The Car Wash can be equipped with: grid on the floor, pump with six programs for washing the vehicle, pneumatic doors on sides, front and back, CarMover rails for moving vehicles to the detailing stalls, with one or more detailing stalls aside and with a centralized vacuum system for detailing.

e Temper glass Configuration The Car Wash is available in: • 2 different length; 7 meters or 22.96 feet and 8 meters or 26.24 feet • The height is 3 meters or 9.84 feet.

• With or without the grid floor for collecting the water.

• With or without side door, in order to move the vehicle from the car wash to the detailing stalls.

• With a front and back door, in order to realize the tunnel.

• With a six programs pump, for washing car.

• With a professional centralized vacuum.

• With rails for moving vehicles, using the CarMover.

Wall frame The Car Wash has a side frame in welded tubular construction and tempered glass as cover.

Ceiling The plenum frame is welded tubular to support the ceiling panels and the PowerLight lights.

Floor The standard floor is in concrete with a pit for the water in the center of it. The gridded floor is optional.

Doors The Car Wash doors are optional for the; front/back and sides, electric curtains or pneumatic polycarbonate.

OPTIONAL Grids The floor of the Car Wash can be realized with a pit 25 cm or 10 inches deep and the grids supports a weight of 850 Kg or 1870 pounds per point of 10” X 10”.

PowerLight

Doors The Car Wash doors can be both, electric curtains or pneumatic polycarbonate.

The Car Wash can be configured with doors in front and back of 3 meters X 2.7 or 9.84 feet X 8.85 and one or two side doors of 6 meters X 2.2 or 19.68 feet X 7.21.

Six Program Pump The six program pump is a professional car wash pump, for more details refer to the specific catalog.

Vacuum for Detailing The vacuum for detailing is a professional centralized vacuum system for the Car Wash booth and also for external detailing stalls, refer to the specific catalog for more details.

Detailing Stalls The Car Wash can be equipped with one or more stalls for detailing equipped with; ModulLight and CarMover, refer to the specific catalog for more details.

Light The Car Wash has the PowerLight lights, it is a totally innovative lamp developed by Symach research and development department. PowerLight lights deliver superior lighting performance.

PowerLight has a new and exclusive reflector that focuses the light beam with an angle that covers the vehicle from the roof to the vertical bottom side without any other dispersion. This new light delivers quality and power superior to every other light on the market, both on the vertical and horizontal sides of the vehicle. PowerLight lights are also critical in the painting area.
