Closed for almost 5 years, Quebec City's largest library recently reopened its doors to the public following major renovations. Although the number of documents available at the library has remained relatively unchanged, all shelving has been replaced by the latest generation of Montel products to provide an aesthetic environment adapted to the needs of today's citizens In addition to the Aetnastak shelving, there are Hybria sections and a set of Modulart picture racks housing works that citizens can borrow In terms of shelving, a large proportion of the documents are arranged frontally to show them to their best advantage The building is also home to the city's archives, which took advantage of the work to install two new Mobilex systems totalling 24 double-sided carts with mechanical foot brakes.

Mobilex assembly relocation goes smoothly. Assembly began last April.

Features :

This robotic cell is equipped with a KUKA Cybertech KR8 R1620 HW robot and a Fronius TPS 500i welder. The cell is equipped with a welding area with space to add a fixed-table jig This cell is specially designed for welding drawers and small parts dedicated to the Mobilex. However, it is capable of welding all assemblies that respect the overall dimensions of 4 feet by 8 feet.

Features :

This robotic cell is equipped with a KUKA Cybertech KR8 R2010 robot and a Fronius TPS 500i welding machine The cell is equipped with two welding zones, each comprising a positioner with a maximum capacity of 500 kg. The operator can set up the parts in one loading zone, while the robot works in the other.

This cell is specially designed to weld all Montel products with overall dimensions of 5 feet by 10 feet, including picture racks, Aetna frames, 4D shelves, beams, drawers and trays

Marc and Jean-François were in Montreal for the Rendez-Vous des Architectes. They took part in a day of "speed dating" with architects to present Montel solutions and establish contacts for future projects. In all, 15 architectural firms were met.

For this edition of MoNews, we present Tim Lujan, an avid motorcyclist, camper, fisherman and mountain biker. He also loves photography, which he excels at.

Before working for Montel, Tim was in high-tech sales and a sales representative for a competing distributor. What prompted him to join the fine team at Montel was that he saw the opportunity to increase market share for a range of quality products. The product he particularly likes is the BULK&ROLL. Its simplicity, ease of installation, high quality and low cost compared to other solutions, all contribute to making it a solid and wellreceived solution for bulky object storage applications.

Scholars’ Academy is TFFJ’s second high-capacity indoor hydroponic farm in Far Rockaway, Queens

The TFFJ farm at Scholars’ Academy is a part of the larger Far Rockaway Farm Hub, which will include four highcapacity hydroponic farms that provide fresh and accessible healthy food on the Rockaway peninsula

At least 150 Scholars’ Academy students will be actively engaged in STEM-focused curricular day and health, nutrition, and food justice advocacy afterschool programming, and provide fresh, healthy produce for daily lunch service to the cafeteria
