The U.S. remains a core market, with sustained activity across multiple sectors. At the same time, we are seeing increased engagement through our distribution network, with new partnerships, growing bidding activity, and a solid pipeline of opportunities across North America and internationally.
In Europe and the GCC region, we are intensifying our focus and seeing encouraging traction. Activity continues to build, reflecting both market demand and the growing recognition of Montel’s solutions. Our objective remains clear: establish a strong and sustainable presence by aligning with the right partners and targeting the most relevant verticals.
Montel’s strength lies in the breadth and versatility of its offering allowing us to address a wide range of applications across industrial, institutional, and specialized environments. This positioning enables us to capture opportunities others cannot, while delivering measurable value through space optimization, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.
As shared during our last meeting, we continue to look at our markets through two lenses: established markets and emerging opportunities. This approach allows us to reinforce our position where we are strongest, while actively developing new areas of growth. Across all markets, one reality continues to accelerate: the need to do more with less space. This is where Montel leads and where we see meaningful opportunities ahead for both our company and our partners.
Finally, execution remains key. We encourage all partners to continue deploying the go-to-market plan discussed at the AMD meeting last fall aligning outreach with customer buying cycles and prioritizing high-value and “blue ocean” opportunities within your territories.
