Installation Manual for XPS Letters General Information !! LETTERS CANNOT BE FIXED ON A BRITTLE, WET, CRUMBLING SURFACE. !
The surface on which letters are installed must be stable, smooth (each letter must align perfectly to the wall)
and clean (free of dirt, dust, grease stains).
INSTALLATION SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT STEP BY STEP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DESCRIBED INSTRUCTIONS.

I. Turn the letter over to access the back.
II. Remove the protective film from the double-sided tape.

III. Apply glue spots between double-sided tape
at approximately 3 cm spacing.

Installation
I. Please handle with care! Sides of the product are made of polystyrene and they can be prone to dents.
II. If dibond is selected as the front material,
the dibond side will be black.
Despite all the efforts made, colours of the front
and the side material may differ slightly.
As a result of the production process some small longitudinal lines can also be sometimes visible.
This does not affect the overall performance
of the product. Glue properties: Product is solvent-free; for Indoor and Outdoor use. Open time: 10 minutes; Initial bonding time: 30 minutes;
Final bond strength after: 24 h; Application temperature (use):
+10 ºC to +25 ºC

I. Install the sign in the place indicated by
the template and press it against the wall.
I. After the glue has cured, remove the template
from the wall and enjoy your sign!

Allgemeine Informationen ! !
Die Buchstaben können nicht auf zerbrechlichen, feuchten oder bröckeligen Oberflächen angebracht werden.

Die Oberfläche, auf der die Buchstaben montiert werden, muss stabil, glatt (die Buchstaben müssen genau auf der Wand aufliegen)
und sauber (frei von Schmutz, Staub, Fettflecken) sein.
Die Montage sollte Schritt für Schritt nach den folgenden Anweisungen ausgeführt werden.

Benötigte Werkzeuge
Vorbereitung der Buchstaben
I. Drehe die Buchstaben um.
II. Entferne die Schutzfolie von dem doppelseitigen Klebeband.

III. Trage zwischen den Klebebandstücken Klebepunkte im Abstand von ca. 3 cm auf.

Installation
I. Bitte mit Vorsicht behandeln! Die Seiten des Produktes sind aus Polystyrol und daher anfällig für Dellen.
II. Sofern Dibond als Frontmaterial gewählt wurde, sind die Schnittkanten des Dibonds schwarz.
rotz aller Bemühungen können die Farben der Frontund Seitenmaterialien leicht voneinander abweichen.
Aufgrund des Herstellungsprozesses können zudem in manchen Fällen kleine Längslinien sichtbar sein.
Dies beeinträchtigt nicht die allgemeine Funktionstauglichkeit des Produktes. T
Kleber Technisches Datenblatt: lösungsmittelfrei, für Innen- und Außenanwendungen. Verarbeitungszeit: 10 Minuten; Anfangsklebezeit: 30 Minuten; Endhaftung nach: 24 h; Anwendungstemperatur (Einsatz): +10 ºC bis +25 ºC

I. Bringe die Buchstaben an der durch die Schablone vorgegebene Stelle an und drücke sie an die Wand.
