Sygns Warranty

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The following warranty applies to Sygns products DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD:

The Warranty is given for the period of 24 months under normal conditions of use (i.e. in conformity with the description of usage recommendations and precautions contained in the User Manual) THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY: The Warranty covers exclusively the damages caused by any hidden defects in products or materials provided that: 1. the product has not yet been installed by the Client or have been installed by the Sygns specialists; 2. the product has not been dismantled nor altered by unauthorized persons; 3. the product has been used in accordance with their intended use.

The Warranty does not apply to mechanical damages. The Warranty covers only the right to request service and repair. In particular cases Sygns may choose to replace the product instead of repair, or to partially return the cost of the claimed goods in the amount corresponding to the ascertained defect.

The warranty does not apply to transport damages if the product was not checked before acceptance from the logistics partner. All products must be opened and checked upon delivery and any damages should be noted on the acceptance form before signing. Transport damages must be reported within 48h hours from the delivery date.

WARRANTY CLAIM: Within 48 hours from delivery, the purchaser is obliged to report any issues. In case any defects are noticed, the product must not be installed. After 48 hours there shall be only considered complaints related to: 1. non-compliance of goods with the contract

WARRANTY HANDLING ESSENTIALS: For the handling of a complaint it is essential for the Purchaser to present the following: ● the sales invoice showing the purchase date ● photo/video documentation ● in case the product has already been installed, the product must be shown at the point of installation Claims must be reported by emailing support@sygns.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Sygns has the right to refuse the damage claim if the order was accepted without detailing damages at the time of delivery.

The manufacturer reserves the right to handle the complaint within 14 working days from submission by the Purchaser of the essential documents mentioned above in section Warranty Handling Essentials. The person recording the complaint may require access to the claimed product or its delivery to the relevant address to assess the legitimacy of the complaint.

If the complaint is evaluated as unjustified, the Purchaser shall be encumbered with the expenses borne by the receiving side. Liability under the Warranty covers only defects arising from reasons inherent in the product sold.

Damages caused by the following shall not be counted as factory defects: ● application of products incompatible with their intended use ● improper installation and use ● mechanical damage LOSS OF WARRANTY: The Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following reasons, which shall not be considered as defects: ● improper installation and utilization; ● improper product storage / warehousing; ● application of the products contrary to their intended use; ● mechanical damage; ● bringing moss or plants into direct contact with water or chemical substances of any kind; ● dyeing / painting the products on one's own; ● exposure to harmful atmospheric factors (rain, snow).

The Warranty rights expire in case of non-conformance to the manufacturer's recommendations in the product manual.

The Warranty does not apply to products altered, cut to size (including cables) or permanently fixed to the wall (or any other surface) by persons other than Sygns specialists, with exception of manufacturing malfunction.

A visit by a Sygns technician to determine the cause of malfunction on site, instead of returning the product back to Sygns, is classed as a separate service and is as such billable in accordance with installation rates.
