What makes a supplier a qualified diverse-owned business? Diverse suppliers are businesses that are at least 51% owned or operated by individuals who are part of traditionally underrepresented or underserved groups (disabled, LGBTQ+, ethnic minority, servicedisabled, women). A certified diverse supplier must also go through a certification process by a third-party agency to confirm eligibility for diversity certification.
