After two years of exceptional loyalty – flowing both ways – during pandemic lockdowns, it’s the ‘new normal’ which is upon us. Your home of exhilarating luxury Lexus vehicles intends to make every new move in our relationship not just progressive but revolutionary. For a start, there’s our second dealership Sydney City Lexus - Glebe, in the inner west, which has made access so much more intuitive, especially for our guests. We’ve all learned to live online, but we know absolutely that when it comes to their Lexus, our guests appreciate the proximity of face-to-face contact – and Glebe is already providing that opportunity. Our focus this year is to help every guest receive their exhilarating new Lexus in a time efficient manner. It goes to the heart of our relationship with our guests and the trust that exists between us. We’re actively assisting our guests to manage their future needs. Selective pre-ordering is the way to do that; effectively recognising that your current Lexus may be up for replacement next year or the year after
and ordering now so that your new vehicle will be ready exactly when you want it. In the current market, in which the value of quality pre-owned Lexus vehicles is exceptionally high, we’ve explored the potential for a pre-trade in of our guests’ current vehicle. It means that some of our guests might be without a car between the time of trade in and the arrival of their new Lexus – but the car they trade might also be a second or third vehicle in the family and they can find a work around. The REALLY Good News.. And the best news of all – I’ve seen what’s in the Lexus pipeline. The all new NX Lexus has been the star of early 2022 - it’s a runaway success, packed with features which have been delivered so intuitively. In April the NX will be joined by the new, off-road flagship LX and in the fourth quarter, the next generation RX. That’s huge in itself - a completely new SUV line up. And they’re just a prelude, a taster, for what’s to come as Lexus prepares to roll out a raft of leading performance, next generation models starting next year.
