How To Write Anything Quickly Whether you are currently trying to finish that sales letter, article, report, or even a full length book you need to write quickly because you will get more excited about what you are writing and you will simply get it out of the way faster. I honestly believe that when you write quickly you write better, you should strive to write as much as possible in as short of time span as possible. How do you do it? You do it by having a short article length, by having one singular goal, and by getting yourself to have absolute focus. An article is not very long, if you think about it a short article can be as short as 250 words which is under half a page and a decent article one that you can shop around to article directories is about 400 words in length, still about two thirds of a page. 400 words does not give you very much time to get your point across if you consider the title and the intro, you are down to 300 words, you really only have about 100 words per idea if your article has three ideas. Keeping this down is very helpful for you. We have all read reports or books where the author seemed to go off on a rant or devoted huge chunks of material to information that simply wasn't that important. When you write everything as an article you can get the point across in as fast of time as possible, even if you plan on using these articles later as chapters to your report, you still are explaining steps of a process or little bits of advice in an easy to swallow format. Now that you know that your articles should be short, let's focus on your goal. I find it helps when I sit down and am going to write 10 articles, or I am going to dictate out 100 articles as opposed to simply sitting down and trying to get one article finished.

If you only have one article to do right now, that's not very exciting. But if you are getting one article done, two articles done, three articles done and so it's a much faster process. In order to get your articles finished on time, you need to focus. That means, turn off your phone, close your office door, remove any distractions, close all other windows other than the window you are using to write articles. Sometimes I find I even have to turn off my entire internet just to make sure I am not tempted to check my email, or check any of my messages. I simply have nothing else to do on the computer other than write an article at this very moment. How Do I Get Others to Write Content for Me? Not many people are gifted writers; even those with some writing ability are occasionally afflicted with writers block. This presents problems when you intend to get enough content to fill up a paid membership site since you might often get stuck, bored or frustrated. Here are three simple things that if done, might just solve your problem. You have to elevate user comments and reviews into full posts. Find a good columnist to write some of the content for you. Generally make sure that your content creation is outsourced in order to provide variety. Simply looking at user comments is one of the easiest ways I use to free content for my member ship site. How To Structure Your Articles To Ensure You Write Them Quickly I know that when you are writing for yourself, coming up with a topic out of thin air, you like to think of it as an art form. When you edit books and reports that have already been written, instead of writing them from scratch, that can be true. However, when it comes down to writing articles quickly in order to get people back to your site, you should not over think it so much. To write articles and write structure to articles quickly avoid creativity, use some kind of system and have a beginning, middle and end to your article. The first thing you need to realize when writing articles is that creativity is your enemy. Creativity makes you second guess yourself, it makes you edit as you go along, it slows you down. Save your creativity for sales letters and reports and membership sites and videos but leave them out of articles. Articles are around to solve a simple problem and show people that you are an expert and get them back to your site. That's all! Tell people what you are going to explain, explain it and get to the point, then tell them what they just learned from you and what it all means. When you do write your articles, it does not really matter what structure you use so long as you use some kind of structure. If you want to share three tips within your article, that's your structure. Do you want to make your articles lists of 10 tips? Great, do it. On the other hand, if you decide that all your articles are going to be four paragraphs long, you should make an effort to write four paragraph articles. Why would you do this? Following some kind of structure means you have one less thing to worry about when writing. You do not have to worry if your article would be 10 paragraphs or two paragraphs. You just know that if you have not yet written four paragraphs, you still have more to write in your article. Like I said: the less creativity, the better! But basically, you should at least have some kind of structure where you begin with an intro and explain the problem that you're about to solve, talk about the points within that article and then wrap it all up and tell people what they've just learned and what this now means.

How To Guarantee You're Always In The Mood To Write Have you ever played sports before? If you have, a lot of people whether they're coaches, parents or teammates have probably told you that a large percentage of being a good sports player is mental. It's your attitude and your focus. The same is true for writing. If you can always be excited about writing then you can write better articles and you can write them a lot faster. Always be in the mood to write by having downtime by writing on the correct topic and by implementing question based writing. In order to write better, you have to spend time away from your computer. I used to be the kind of person who would sit at the computer for 12 hours per day or more and though I felt productive, I really didn't get a lot done. I might have the TV on next to me, I might have a million other windows open, and I felt productive but I didn't get a lot done. Sometimes it would take me hours to write one single article. But think about this. What if you sat at the computer and only gave yourself 10 minutes to write a single article? You close down all other windows and as soon as the 10 minutes were up, whether the article was complete or not, you had to get up and leave the computer. After a few tries, it would probably be very easy to write a single article in 10 minutes if you're focused enough. You should spend time away from your computer and when you're on article writing mode, treat your computer as a hot seat. Sit down at it, write the article, get up, you're done. It also helps to be writing on a topic that you enjoy. It's no fun to be the book reporter and have to go learn about a topic and then write about it. You should be writing on a topic that you already know a lot about where you can offer your own fresh perspective that nobody else has. If you're a freelance article writer, you can't really help this situation. But if you're writing your own articles and reports for your own business, you can choose the niche. So choose a niche that is fun for you and that excites you. Finally, write everything as the answer to a question. By this I mean title your articles to end as questions.
