Aker brings more than 16 years of pro- gressive HR experience to Wythe County Community Hospital. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, Vil- lanova, Pennsylvania. She holds certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.
