Cash or good check will be required before leaving the premises. All cattle are to be paid for during or immediately after the sale. Cattle will not be released until settlement is made. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder, and the auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids.
Guarantee
Each animal will become the buyer’s responsibility as soon as it is sold. Further guarantees may be offered by the seller or on a lot by lot basis. Those guarantees will be handled between the consignor and the purchaser.

U 2019 Futurity Showback General Rules
1. All animals entered in the Futurity Showback must have been purchased from the 2018 OYE Futurity. 2. Cattle purchased as an “alley trade” will not be permitted to compete in the Futurity Showback. 3. Futurity Showback cattle must be exhibited by an eligible exhibitor according to current OYE rules and meet the OYE ownership deadlines.
4. There is no additional entry fee required to compete in the Futurity Showback; however, the animal(s) must have been included in the online entry process for the 2019 OYE.
5. An exhibitor can enter an infinite number of Futurity purchased animals in the OYE Futurity Showback, even if the exhibitor has already entered the maximum of two heifers or three steers for the LNC Breeding Heifer Show or Sunglo Market Steer Show. The exhibitor is still limited to a maximum of two animals in the LNC Breeding Heifer Show and three animals in the Sunglo Market Steer Show.
6. The Grand Champion Futurity Showback Steer will be awarded a lot in the OYE Sale of Champions.
