Elena Tatti studied Philosophy and Economics in Fribourg and Lausanne and founded the production company Box Productions together with Thierry Spicher in 2004. With coproductions such as AFTER THE NIGHT (2013), THOSE WHO WORK (2018) and LAST DANCE (2022), recipient of the Audience Award at the Locarno Film Festival, Box Productions achieved its international breakthrough.

Normally there is not much going on at the Valais police station. When the intern is almost killed by mobsters, the federal police officer Annette is sniffing around the police station and stoner Juni has to find money for his rapper girlfriend Valmira, the wannabe supercops Bax and Pirmin tackle the case. After two seasons, the series has already achieved cult status in Switzerland and the alpine adventure is set to continue.

SPEAKER: SOPHIE TOTH Sophie Toth studied Media and Film in Zurich and worked as a postproduction supervisor. She then was an inhouse producer in the Netherlands before she worked freelance as producer in advertising back in Zurich. In 2013 she joined Shining Film and has been building the fiction division since 2020.

During the traditional Carnival celebrations, the dead body of a young girl is found near the small town of Bellinzona in Southern Switzerland. The officers engaged in the case find themselves investigating crimes rooted in a past full of shadows. Under scrutiny will be not only the crimes that bloodstain the town, but also and above all the human soul, that of a community that believes it has nothing to hide.

Amel Soudani graduated in Public Relations and Advertising at IULM University in Milan, Italy, and completed her studies with a Master Degree in Business and Management at the FHGR in Chur, Switzerland. After working as casting director and press officer for several Swiss productions, she was appointed Head of Digital Communication at Presence Switzerland FDFA, and later Head of Communication and Board Member at the Locarno Film Festival. Since 2020, she is leading Amka Films Productions.

1917. The First World War is ravaging Europe. By contrast, Davos, the noble spa town in the Swiss Alps, seems like an oasis of peace. But behind the scenes, neutral Switzerland takes centre stage in a relentless battle between the secret agents of the world powers. The young nurse Johanna Gabathuler unexpectedly gets caught between the fronts: to win back her daughter, she gets involved in a deadly game with the German Secret Service.

Ivan Madeo studied Psychology and Film Journalism. He worked for leading advertising agencies in Switzerland, Germany and Italy before working as a film producer and screenwriter.
