Step by step:

Step 1: Find a plastic bottle and stuff it with a white plastic bag. Put lid back on.

Step 2: Cut a wide strip of green, sticky-backed felt. Stick around lid for hat. Pinch at the top, to make a bobble hat. Finish with ribbon. Stick a thin strip of black card around lid, for face.
