Statement Concept and Design intent Pixel Building
This project features a façade of Mycelium-concrete panels that bathe the interior in dappled light, fostering an atmosphere of calm focus essential for research. This is paired with a carefully concealed minimal surface structure that redefines the building’s edge, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor areas. This approach provides significant flexibility for public events and enhances the natural light and air circulation in work areas, directly contributing to the well-being and effectiveness of its researchers.
