This year’s theme is “A Christmas Celebration.” The parade will be held on Saturday, December 14, at 10 am. The Parade begins at the corner of Norma & Las Flores, goes south to Ridgecrest Blvd, east to Balsam Street, then north on Balsam back to Las Flores. The Elks are proud to announce this year’s Grand Marshall will be Sgt. Austyn B. Butler, United States Marine Corp. Sgt. Butler is in charge of this year’s annual “Toys For Tots Drive” here in the High Desert area. The parade is non-competitive. However, participants will receive a parade ribbon showing participation.
