We purchased a walker for my husband from High Desert Medical and Sleep Store located at 112 North China Lake Blvd, Ridgecrest. The pleasant young man who was our salesman graciously carried the walker out of the store and placed it into our car after our business transaction.

A month later one of the brake handles on the walker malfunctioned. We took the walker back to the store and another brake handle was immediately ordered. When the brake handle came, it was installed on the walker. The owner of the store thought that the second brake handle should be replaced so it would function in the same manner as the newly installed brake handle. We were immediately notified when the second handle arrived at the store and it was efficiently installed on the walker. What a pleasure to do business with the friendly, efficient, and knowledgable staff at High Desert Medical and Sleep Store.
