Grand Marnier French Toast Ingredients 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 2 tablespoons sugar 4 tablespoons butter 6 eggs 1/4 cup Half and Half 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 8 challah, brioche, or thickly sliced Sour Dough Bread (that is the best) 1/2 cup maple syrup, warmed 1/8 cup froz. orange juice concentrate Directions Whisk together all ingreduents except bread. In a large deep pan. Lay bread in egg mixture. Allow to soak atleast an hour or over night in fridge. Place in a preheated 375° oven until the mixture is set but jiggles a little bit. Should be firm but soft maybe 25 minutes. Serve with a mixture of warmed maple syrup and orange juice concentrate. Enjoy!
