1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained 1/8 teaspoon pepper

When my roomates and I went to college we would go to this deli and get the best roast beef sandwiches stacked high the roast beef medium rare.
The man who owned the deli loved us because we came there atleast 3 nights a week and got this giant sandwich for $1.95 - does that tell you how long ago that was! We tried to copy it but when we graduated he told us the secret was the onion soup mix. Try it it will be wonderful! I liked the dark pumpernickel bread best!
