Booth Construction
All spaces will be taped off to indicate the area for each exhibitor’s booth. Pre-constructed exhibits or booths will need to fit in the space provided. Booth space is 10 feet by 10 feet.
Refunds
No refunds will be made if space engaged is not used or used only part of the time. No refunds will be made within one month prior to the show.
Installation
Booths must be set up and ready for opening. *Must provide proof of status. by 10a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2024. Your account representative will contact you prior to this date to arrange a schedules for set up. Exhibitors will have until 7p.m. on February 24, 2024 for complete display removal. No one will be allowed to take down
exhibits until after the official closing of the show at 5p.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2024.

Each exhibitor must keep spaces clean and exhibits staffed and in good order. All exhibits must be ready for display by 10a.m. Saturday, February 24, 2024.
Unoccupied Space
If the exhibitor fails to occupy space contracted for by Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 10a.m. or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of this agreement, The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet shall have the right to use such space in any manner without releasing the exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in this contract.
Limitations
Exhibits shall be so installed that they will not extend beyond the space alloted. Distribution of printed matter, souvenirs or other articles must be restricted to the space of the exhibit. Any part of the exhibit that is over eight (8’) high must have written approval for installation by The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet. No individual public address systems or highly flammable materials will be permitted on the premises. Music or audio-visual sounds must not be audible more than five (5’) feet from booth.
Exhibitors are to remain within the confines of their booth and are not to work in public aisles.
Teardown
Exhibits shall not be taken down prior to 5pm, Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024, 2023
Liability
The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet cannot guarantee exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind. Space is leased with the understanding that the exhibitors will hold sponsors harmless from any or all liabilities from any cause. The Daily Independent & The Swap Sheet shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the exhibitors, their employees or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract and the exhibitor on signing the contract expressly releases sponsors and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury.
Eventuality
In any case of facility damage caused by fire, other elements or causes, or in case any other circumstances shall make it impossible for Management to permit the contracted space to be occupied by the exhibitor shall waive any claim for damage or compensation except the pro-rate return of the amount paid for space rental.

The Best Hamburger Steak 2 large eggs 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs 2 envelope onion soup mix, divided Dash pepper 3 pounds ground beef 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 3/4 cups cold water 3 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1.5 pounds Crimini mushrooms sliced 1 large onion thinly sliced In a large bowl, combine the eggs, bread crumbs,1 pkg. soup mix and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thor oughly. Shape into 4 - 6 patties. In a large cast-iron or other heavy skillet, cook patties over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, and juices run clear, 4-5 minutes on each side. Combine the flour, water, Worcestershire sauce and remaining soup mix until blended; stir into skillet. Brown onions and mushrooms add to sauce. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Serve sauce with patties. We like cooked buttered noodles or creamy mashed potatoes served with these steaks
