IASYS Office Headquarters is an 80,000 sq.ft which houses high-tech offices, collaborative flexible work spaces and training facility for the employees of the IASYS.
More than 40,000 square feet were designed for this growing Software/Technology Company, with an abundance of loft style open space and high ceilings to stimulate teamwork and creativity. A dramatic multi-colored south wall, a four storey solar chimney and three story atrium with bull nose mullions is a focal point of the IASYS, which gives it a distinct identity.
To be developed in two phases, the finger shaped plan for IASYS responds to the solar orientation and views of the mountains from the site. In order to make it a cost effective building, we provided concrete floors, recycled OSB paneling exposed concrete ceilings and north facing curtain glazing which brought in natural light into the space with the addition of skylights
