GARDENS INTEREST GROUP

Our normal monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday 27th November in the Auditorium starting at 1.30pm. Usual raffle and lucky numbers will be held.

At the next meeting we will discuss growing pelargoniums. As this is our final meeting for 2018, we will have a touch of Christmas for our afternoon tea. Our bi-monthly meetings will resume in February.

When: Sunday 18th November Where: 2nd Floor Admininistration Building

We would like some volunteers to take the Christmas chocolates to the residents at the care centres later in December - dates to be finalised later. Please leave your name with a committee member if you would like to help. This will be followed by the Annual General Meeting. We welcome new members to the committee so please give it some consideration. As this is the last meeting for the year a special afternoon tea will be served.

The choir has participated in a workshop with Raylene, a musical director who has her own choir. Everyone has agreed this was a worthwhile venture. We all benefited from her experience and hope to do this again in the New Year. Meanwhile we are gaining more confidence singing together. We really are becoming a choir.
