May 2012 bentley park resident newsletter Across My Desk CEO’s Report Doesn’t April just fly by. Many people may not know this but in terms of working days, it is the shortest month of the year, and this month it certainly seemed to live up to its title. due to the location of the development, and the size of the development area, Stage 5 will change the exterior landscape and have a direct impact on the external appearance of SwanCare Group as an organisation. It incorporates the area fronting Jarrah Road, the intersection of Jarrah Road and Adie Court, and along Adie Court to Talbot Place. The area will eventually join up with the recently completed Stage 4 units. It is a very large site, and as is our normal approach we will be undertaking this development in discrete, manageable stages. There will naturally be relocations of residents as part of the development process, but do not worry or have any concerns if you are one of those in the development area. Continued Page 3
