In celebration of Mrs Mavis Cleaver's 100th birthday, SwanCare launched the '$100 for 100 Years' campaign. A huge thank-you goes to everyone that donated during the campaign. $25,000 was raised towards major enhancements to Kingia Care Facility’s ground floor wing. The names and well-wishes of campaign contributors were included in a commemorative book, presented to Mrs Cleaver on her very special day. Mrs Cleaver co-founded SwanCare (then known as Swan Cottage Homes) with her late husband Dr Richard Cleaver in 1960. Mavis has had a huge impact on the local community throughout her incredible life. SwanCare and all who are part of its vast community send their sincere and heartfelt congratulations to a lady that has through her own achievements touched the lives of everyone that has had, and still has, an involvement with SwanCare.
