DESIGNS has put it all together for you. This package includes design services and $2,000 toward construction. Blaire and a Senior Designer will meet with you for a two hour in-person consultation to discuss your desires and inspirations. They will then develop a design concept to include furniture plans, materials selections, finishes and decorative details and meet with you to review design concept. Upon your design approval, Blaire will work with Hillbrook Collections to finalize the details of your house. The Alison is a roomy 9' x 14' garden house of your choice - a potting shed, a pool house, a space for storage or a home office. It is an attractive and functional building that will enhance any property. Cedar shake or metal roofing, customized lighting, french doors and amble windows make this house timeless and charming. You write the check for construction and these professionals will take care of the rest.

DETAILS: Valid June 1, 2023 - June 1, 2024. Design concept may take 6-8 weeks. Fabrication and shipping of Alison estimated at 10-12 weeks. Construction example: standard 9' x 14' size, cedar roof, german style eastern white pine siding on exterior, exterior paint in chosen colors, two 15 light french doors (spanish cedar), two 9 light windows on the sides of french doors, 2 lead covered copper finials, two ten light windows on front sides (Spanish cedar), 2 custom lanterns, 1 cupola, fixed floor, finished wall to roofline, electricity for lanterns, ceiling fixture, 2 outlets inside and 1 outlet outside. Estimation of additional expenses with these specifications retails at approximately $20,000 plus freight.
