CARRIER PORTAL USER GUIDE

The Flatbed Network Carrier Portal is your gateway to accessing high-quality construction and building material loads across the UK. As part of the UK’s largest flatbed logistics network, this platform connects you directly with premium loads that match your equipment and operational requirements. This guide covers everything you need to know as a carrier to maximize your opportunities with Flatbed Network.

Account Setup & Authentication

Your account provides secure access to exclusive Flatbed Network loads and protects your business information.

If you are a returning carrier please select “Log In” and enter your registered email and password. After clicking “Sign In” you should be able to see available loads.

If you are a new carrier click “New Account” below login fields to join the Flatbed Network.

Enter the required information and create a secure password (in accordance to “Safe Password Rules” on the following page). Submit your application for approval, we will notify you via email once you have been accepted. You will be able to log in imminidiately after being approved, see returning carrier instruction on the previous page.

Safe Password Rules

To make sure your password is secure and difficult to guess we have implemented the following requirements:

• Password needs to be minimum of 8 Characters

• Password needs to contain one Uppercase letter

• Password needs to contain one Lowercase letter

• Password needs to contain at least one number

• Password needs to contain at least one special character (EG. @£$%%!#?)

Please avoid using your company name in the password. Remember not to share your password with anyone.

If you have forgottten your password simply click “Forgot Password” below the login fields and enter your email address. You will be sent a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create your new password. New password needs to follow the aforementioned “Safe Password Rules”

Available Loads Display

Once you have logged in you should be able to view the dashboard with available loads. The dashboard lets you view and search for loads you have accepted or those that are available to accept.

Loads displayed here show the following information for ease of management, you can view further details as explained lated in this booklet:

• Load Reference (e.g., FN-2025-012) - Your unique tracking number

• Cargo Details - Type of materials and total weight

• Route Information - Pickup and delivery locations with full postcodes

• Timing - Pickup date and preferred time windows

• Rate & Distance - Payment amount and total mileage

• Equipment Required - Flatbed, Curtain, or MOL specifications

There are also additional markers just below Load Reference, indicating additional information about the load such as Available/Cancelled status, what level, if any, of FORS is required, if the load is Urgent, and others.

An Urgent load is one that is time sensitive. Those loads are premiumrated.

Working with Loads

To view Load Details, click “View Details” to see additional infirmation about the job

To accept a load, click the “Accept Load” button on either the load card or the load details screen. You will need to confirm the load before your acceptance is registered by the system. Once succesful you will be contacted to confirm the details.

Once the load had been accepted its Load Card will be amended to reflect that, including a new button below “View Details”. Once you have completed the job, click “Complete POD” to start the process of finalising the load.

Fill in the required details, and upload the Signed Paperwork. Saving the POD information completes the job.
