Inspired by liquid mercury, Anish Kapoor, created the Cloud Gate, which reflects the people and landmarks of Millennium Park. Cloud Gate, or better known as 'The Bean' gathers visitors from around the globe to catch a glimpse of their reflection in its purity. Pure Primary Care Clinic is devoted to the wellness of Chicagoans and developing a care plan that reflects their unique needs. Taking the characteristics of liquid mercury into consideration, the design implements the principles of movement in light and texture to form a harmonious space for patients to relax during their visit, while also incorporating biophilic design to create a naturalistic aesthetic connecting patients to the gardens of Millennium Park.

company

Like a monocle or a magnifying glass focuses on an object , this company will focus on justice for missing persons. The design also incorporated multiple glass features to showcase how the company will reflect the truth or being "see through" while working. As a reminder of the company's activism for missing persons, a mural of their pictures will be an accent wall in the space. Throughout the design, the values of a monocle like metal, dark wood, linear elements, and with circles were used.

Omen Bar and Lounge combines the dark and sultry side of the earth signs. Using heavy marbles and dark tones, guests will be able to have a once in a lifetime experience.

Oracle Oracle restaurant and cafe displays the light and airy earth tones incorporated with white brick to create a softer and more casual interior for the hotel guests or visitors to enjoy.

Aries Rooftop Bar and Lounge captures the essence of the fire signs. Its fiery flare attracts the locals along with the occupants of The XII, bringing them a unique experience.

The TIC TAC STACK lamp was derived from lattice work. Incorporating the elements of line and balance, the lamp was formed using diagonals and linear lines. When turning to its side, the viewer can see the diagonals form a lattice pattern. The lamp was constructed using wood to create the diagonals, frame, and bottom base.

Poured plaster acts as an anchor for the wooden frame and as a stabilizer for the socket.
