Following a degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley and Associate AIA, Tim has had extensive experience in Real Estate since 1975, including the financial analysis and acquisition of institutional investment property. The land here in Clint Eastwood’s Tehama, a Carmel golf club development, was purchased by Dan and Hollie McGee. The design plan for this property is by Eric Miller, a leading architect in the Carmel Monterey area.

GIVING BACK For making a difference beyond the real estate, Tim contributes a portion of proceeds from referring client requirements to helping children around the world. Tim is currently working with the Lyoness Child and Family Foundation. One of their recent projects just completed is a collaborative effort with Nelson Mandela for the creation of a school in South Africa.

Tim can also work with other charities of request by his clients. The idea is to make a change for the better in the footprint we leave behind in some way to better the lives of others in need.
