Ha svolto consulenze tecniche per il Gruppo Matura S.r.l. dal 2001 al 2006 proseguendo la libera professione come freelance fino alla costituzione della SV Consulting Srl di cui è amministratore unico.
STEFANO VENTURI
Enologo con trent’anni di esperienza nel settore della progettazione tecnologica, enologica e di processo.
Si occupa dello sviluppo del layout funzionale e supervisiona il corretto svolgimento di tutte le fasi operative del progetto, monitorando lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e coordinando tutti i professionisti.
CARLO GUELFI
Dottore commercialista laureato presso l’Università degli Studi di Pisa con un Master di formazione in materia tributaria ed in tema di revisione e bilancio delle Società e degli enti Locali. Si occupa di attività di analisi, pianificazione strategica, programmazione operativa, definizione e gestione di misuratori di risultato ed attività di controllo.
QAMIL MUCOLLI
Enologo laureato presso il Dipartimento di Scienze Agrarie e Agro-alimentari dell’Università di Pisa.
Si occupa di sviluppare la progettazione enologica effettuando i dimensionamenti necessari, ottimizzando i flussi produttivi ed interfacciandosi con le altre professionalità coinvolte nel processo.
MICHELA MESSINA
Responsabile dei rapporti esteri, ha soggiornato a New York per collaborazioni lavorative dal 2009 al 2021. Per l’azienda si occupa del back office e presenzia agli incontri ufficiali con i committenti internazionali facendo da tramite nelle negoziazioni e studi di fattibilità.
MELISSA GIACOMELLI
Architetto con Laurea Magistrale conseguita presso l’Università degli Studi di Firenze.
Iscritta all’Albo degli Architetti della Provincia di Pisa al n° 1198. Si occupa della mediazione tra la progettazione architettonica e il processo tecnico enologico, della modellazione 3D e della restituzione grafica dei progetti - rendering.
ELENA SATTI
Ingegnere Edile laureata presso la Scuola di Ingegneria di Pisa. Iscritta presso l’Ordine degli Ingegneri della Spezia – settore civile ambientale | B-48. Ha un Master di I livello in Bim Manager rilasciato dal Politecnico di Milano - Bim specialist ICMQ 22-00909. Si occupa di ottimizzare la progettazione impiantistica e supportare la risoluzione di eventuali conflitti mediante la modellazione MEP.
DARIO BUONO
Tecnico superiore con diploma di livello V EQF specializzato in sostenibilità energetica e studente di Enologia e Viticoltura presso l’Università di Pisa. All’interno dell’azienda, si occupa della gestione degli aspetti tecnici-energetici e collabora attivamente alla realizzazione di progetti orientati alla sostenibilità.
REBECCA PEZZANO
Responsabile dei progetti editoriali e consulente amministrativo con esperienza nel settore alimentare e del commercio. Si occupa di coordinare le attività aziendali, gestire le risorse umane e supervisionare i comparti operativi garantendo il controllo gestionale e l’ottimizzazione delle performance.
ALESSANDRO VENTURI
Studente di Enologia e Viticoltura presso l’Università di Pisa con diploma in biotecnologie ambientali. Grazie alle competenze in chimica e microbiologia fornisce supporto all’azienda per tutto ciò che riguarda il trattamento delle acque e i sistemi di depurazione dei reflui, effettuando analisi sulle emissioni inquinanti e i principali fattori di rischio ambientale.
CHIARA MATUCCI
Agronomist Engineer specialized in the wine sector, graduated from the University of Pisa. She provided technical consulting for Gruppo Matura S.r.l. from 2001 to 2006 and continued her freelance work until establishing SV Consulting Srl, where she is the sole director.
STEFANO VENTURI
Oenologist with thirty years of experience in technology, oenology, and process design. He’s responsible for developing the functional layout and supervising the proper execution of all operational phases of the project, while monitoring progress and coordinating all professionals involved.
CARLO GUELFI
Chartered accountant graduated from the University of Pisa with a Master’s degree in tax law and in the auditing and accounting of companies and local administration. He is involved in analysis, strategic planning, operational programming, definition and management of performance measures, and control activities.
QAMIL MUCOLLI
Oenologist graduated from the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences at the University of Pisa. He focuses on developing oenological design by carrying out the necessary sizing, optimizing production flows, and collaborating with other professionals involved in the process.
MICHELA MESSINA
As the head of international relations, she has been in New York for collaborations from 2009 to 2021. For the company, she manages back office operations and attends official meetings with international clients as an interpreter during negotiations and feasibility studies.
MELISSA GIACOMELLI
Architect with a Master’s Degree from the University of Florence. Registered with the Architects’ Register of the Province of Pisa under number 1198. She focuses on mediating between architectural design and the oenological technical process, as well as 3D modeling and graphical representation of projects – rendering.
ELENA SATTI
Civil Engineer graduated from the School of Engineering at the University of Pisa. Registered with the Engineers’ Order of La Spezia – Civil and Environmental Sector | B-48. Project manager for editorial initiatives and administrative consultant with experience in the food and retail sectors. She is responsible for coordinating business activities, managing human resources, and supervising operational departments, ensuring effective management control and optimizing performance.
ALESSANDRO VENTURI
Student of Viticulture and Enology at the University of Pisa with a diploma in environmental biotechnology. He has a background in chemistry and microbiology, he supports the company in matters related to water treatment and wastewater purification systems, conducting analyses on pollutant emissions and key environmental risk factors.

1-CONSULENZA
SVC winery project offre la sua esperienza per l’individuazione della migliore soluzione progettuale valutando col suo team di esperti le offerte commerciali reperibili sul mercato. La realizzazione di rendering dinamici in 2D e 3D permetteranno, prima dell’installazione degli impianti, di visualizzarne una fedele riproduzione fotorealistica, apportare modifiche ed esplorare diverse opzioni.
2-PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SVC winery project si propone come interlocutore nelle trattative al fine di ottenere le condizioni di acquisto più vantaggiose, gestendo i contatti coi professionisti coinvolti ed effettuando un’assistenza operativa su più livelli. La verifica della conformità progettuale attuata in ogni fase di avanzamento dei lavori garantirà il rispetto dei costi e dei tempi di realizzazione.
3-PROGETTAZIONE IMPIANTI ENOLOGICI
SVC winery project effettua il dimensionamento dei processi produttivi della cantina, calcola la capacità dei serbatoi e la loro distribuzione interna col fine di ottimizzare i cicli di lavorazione. Verranno effettuati studi e calcoli in relazione alla linea di ricevimento uve, ai sistemi di vinificazione, alle canalizzazioni necessarie allo smaltimento delle acque di lavorazione e alle tipologie costruttive dei fabbricati così da realizzare ambienti idonei e predisporre gli impianti di termoregolazione necessari. La società si impegna altresì a progettare linee di imbottigliamento e packaging del prodotto finito.
4-CONSULENZA FINANZIARIA E BUSINESS PLAN
SVC winery project effettua valutazioni degli investimenti finalizzati all’avvio, all’acquisizione o alla ristrutturazione di un’azienda vitivinicola, affianca il cliente nella redazione del business plan mirando ad un aumento degli indici di redditività e permettendo lo sfruttamento di agevolazioni, finanziamenti e contributi proposti da enti pubblici e comunitari.
5-PROGETTAZIONE IMPIANTI TERMOIDRAULICI
SVC winery project progetta schemi distributivi e funzionali per gli impianti di climatizzazione, inumidimento e ventilazione, per gli impianti idrico-sanitari, per i trasporti meccanici e le tubazioni necessarie al trasferimento dei fluidi di processo. Assicura in aggiunta un accurato controllo degli stessi in cantiere durante la realizzazione e la posa in opera.
