_what? who? when? where? why?

I was 17 years­old in 1989. We would be the 1st. generation over 18 holding a elections card to vote for the presidency after the brazilian Indirect election. The wheels of conversations were increased. We no longer talked about soccer, girls, school and other activities: we started discussing politics. It was inevitable. The subject came from the homes and the TV and each one was impelled to form your own opinion and to take an attitude. @FernandoCollordeMello won that election, but the so­called brazilian Left came so close that when the elected suffered the following 1st. impeachment of the history in Brazil, #PT soon arrived at Brasilia. It was cleary that we were all workers. Or aren't workers a businessman and a trader? From a master and a civil servant to a military man or street vendor, most understood that the way to the future was to expand the struggle of our families for benefit of the whole nation, even by laying bare some social varnishes. 30 years have passed and almost everything has changed. Terms such as 'inflation', 'loss of purchasing power', 'collective bargaining' and 'monetary correction' were practically extinguished of our daily vocabulary after some measures such as the currency 'Plano Real'. However, the party gained so much credibility with the achievements that the corrupted and criminal side of this trajectory was hidden or was relativized by the citizens, who became aware thanks to actions from the 3 powers themselves, such as 'Budget Dwarves', 'Big Allowances' and 'Lava Jato'.

And this was possible for one reason: the rigging of the Media.

he country Brazil, with a green-yellow-blueand-white flag, with a 130-years-old federation governed by a young constitution, has achieved something more valuable than gold in its short history: the unity. For a nation so numerous in

cultures, languages and provenances, Brazil is one of the rare successes in this foundation and an example recognized by other countries of the most varied shades and ages. Therefore, to sustain this condition is a duty more than patriotic; it is a should-Be for any Brazilian.

In this context, the political change in progress since last year is more than conscious. From the campaign outside the president until his election to the subsequent treatment given to the theme 'Media', the Government prioritized the press and Public Relations to the front of folders such as those of Culture and Education. This has caused countless strings and debates, but little by little it seems to make some sense, illustrative with the old maxim about 'short blanket', when someone need make a choice to cover your foot or your head‌

Since the end of the dictatorship in the late 80's we have been focused on the Brazilian culture and about the improvement of the educational system. There has been progress. We have achieved confirmation and selfaffirmation of our cultural identity in Music, Performing Arts, Filmography and Audiovisuals, while schools and universities have been opened or restructured. Some locally and most thru #MEC programs, despite the flaws and cases such as the general state of public higher education institutions in Rio de Janeiro. Perhaps this clairvoyance of the Government makes them postpone such areas, deciding to go directly to the Civil House where they dock with the Media.

This was emiting noise for everything on the side. The CEO style of the guest minister @OnyxLorenzoni helped circumvent the worst moods while the investigation unfolded, but the outbreak was so intricately pernicious that the courtship with the journalists lasted few [or was it only for the time needed? ]: the Government and the Brazilian Media were living a collusion of such order that

one already was subsisting in function of the other, in a rigging as it rarely came to the public throughout our independence.

Briefly, it was like this: the Media had swallowed up the Public Relations area of the Federal Government. There was no spokesman or somebody that would officially replace him, motivated by a creative renovation of that institutional advice with a new, more pragmatic solutions, or even by mere functional facade. The Civil House was receiving both official and public informations to treat them, to format them and then to spread them through the vehicles of the knowed 'corporative media' to publicize it thru its newspapers and magazines, websites, radios and, mainly, thru the TV channels.

Even though it is not

previously known, and has ethical and deontological contours that are quite questionable, it does not seem so reproachful, at most, correctable. But unfortunately not…

With the strategic departure of Lorenzoni from the front of the cameras and the microphones and the posture of general spokesman Otávio Rêgo Barros between the president and the journalists sent to cover the political quotidian

in BrasĂ­lia in the press conferences, the problem happened to be transmitted live to anyone who wants to see and hear about: it's a covenant.

The climate inside is to cut the air of the conference room with a knife. RĂŞgo Barros is always alone, flanked by national flags and separated only by a pulpit of the reporters and cameramen present, where he supports the guidelines. He speaks amicably, trying to catch some good practice with the most frequent professionals but responds what is strictly necessary when he believes that has been clear during the reading of the agenda. This reformulation of the conferences leave the Media so constrained that the politeness of the parties can not disguise how difficult the relationship between the two is because, on one hand, it has been defined from the beginning of the press that things have really changed and that there will haven't press-kits to allow only journalists speak to, for, in favor and against the Government; on the other hand, the interventions of the credited rarely bring the wished suggestions [ 'let's do it together', 'what do you think about what we can do', those all kind of conversations ], when they don't bumping in truisms or creeps.

The reasons are profound. And contradictorily or not they are being exposed thanks to these 6 months of the acting of the spokesman. At first it seemed only discomfort by the changes and an exponential increase in the crisis of the role of traditional media professionals in that supposedly reductionist environment plus the presence of the government's own digital arm. After this shock and with the reassurance that what is wanted is value the functions of the press it seemed that the persistent denials were based on a certain corporate vanity that insists on preferring to instigate a power dispute against the spokesman, but what is it became increasingly evident that the real cause was the unilateral breaking of that pact in the Civil House considered between the lines as of for governability, as if it were an inalienable conquest of press regardless of who is occupying the presidential chair, and not a procedure of the predecessors.

One thing is certain: if there was suspicion that with Bolsonaro the military would reintroduce the censorship over the press this rumor has been undone. And, given the printed style til here too, it does not appearing to be dissimulation. So let us not feel such longing.

'DARK HALL' ALREADY AFFECTS THE SPOKESMAN 'Because we are so many…', said the experienced journalist @DelisOrtiz by @RedeGlobo to the general in one of his first newsgroups after considering as evasive a response from the spokesman. It remains for us to wait for the performance of the general in this struggle and for more active and constructive contributions of the professionals who work in the national policy.

on't worry if you did not understand the graphic in a first reading, as it is the result of this report. Our purpose will be to explain it, to analyze it, to use it as a guide in understanding these important events

that have privileged us in the last two years: the very rare solar eclipses. This is an overlap between what happened in 2017 and this year, from the same focal point.

As you can read in the recommended articles, the core area of the Earth that was most obscured by the Moon during the previous phenomenon suffered some damage when recovered direct contact with the Sun after that abrupt cooling, which caused odd storms and hurricanes of all our history, affecting several islands in Central America and the southern United States.

What we had of public knowledge after the glimpse and all the destruction in that 2nd. half? Almost nothing. We knew that what had happened on the surface had a direct relation with the eclipse, but not when it would cease. As the mega-hurricanes #Harvey, #Irma [ which emerged near Cape Verde], and #Jose debris, we were left with doubts

about how much more the Earth would still react to that clash against the direct return of sunlight. We had another eclipse in the calendar, scheduled for the last day 2, but that would have another point of totality, in the southern hemisphere, more precisely between Chile and Argentina. In other words, almost 2 years later‌ Everything seemed to have been inwardly normalized when at the turn of 2018 to 2019 #AnakKrakatau erupted and selfdestructed in Indonesia. We suspect but still couldn't confirm that such a hecatomb was caused by the 'hole' opened in the planet's core in 2017. Until, following the rotation and proximity to the climax of the recent eclipse, hurricanes arose in March and surprised the authorities of Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Obviously, all scientists, astronomers, environmentalists, researchers and defense forces were attentive to the development of these events and there were a lot of predictions and precautions. One of them ─ and to our relief ─, is that when this month arrives and the Moon positions itself once more between the Sun and the Earth,

the damaged region would be close to the South Pole, not only being protected from a new thermal shock would be 'cured' thru the radical cooling that occurs during the eclipse, without the risk of a new heat stroke from being below the frozen continent.

This tentative but provisional outcome may have saved our planet. This is due to 2 irrelevant factors: the reported operation and the dramatic drop in Antarctic temperature due to the last eclipse, generating conditions so that its waters would be fastly frozen this winter after years of warming with loss of territory.

At the end of next year there will be another eclipse of the Sun visible from Chile and Argentina, a bit more towards the Atlantic Ocean, Antarctica and South Africa.

Until then, the World will be under a milder alert about the effects caused by the last 2 and hoping that December 2020 will be the year of the balance and the confirmation that despite the damage, the Universe ever works so perfectly that even the maintenance of its flaws ─ under our points-of-view ─, happens in order to avoid that everything in the World simply collapses.
